Clatterbridge Hospital

My dad and sister have both been treated in recent times for cancer at Clatterbridge. The staff are out of this world. There is just a feeling about the cancer centre - for a place which deals with people who are desperately ill, there is a feeling of positivity and optimism that is hard to describe. It is warm, friendly and very freshly decorated and clean. All in all, excellent - as per the most recent CQC inspection.

Mixed feelings. Excellent service from Dermatology department. Had been seen and treated before my appointment time - unexpected pleasant surprise. Not so happy with car parking. If you insist on charging £3.20 for what turned out to be a 25 minute stay you could at least maintain the pay machines. Took me longer to pay for parking than it did for the appointment.

Lovely environment warm and friendly. Staff were amazing reassuring and treated with dignity. Travel was arranged so impressed with the quality of service. Thank you to all concerned and the volunteers!

In terms of mums care they did a good job no complaints, however I currently am complaining about the Adult Social Services, I felt that the Consultant and staff were more inclined to work with the local authorities than family, but in terms of care they did a good job.

Been treated here twice and both times have been better than anywhere else I have been treated, country's best for oncology too.
