This year I will be doing the chocolate marquise rolls in Salted caramel and Black Forrest again.

Scrabble cake for about 70 people for a 70th Birthday at fairly short notice (6 or 7days). Wonderful, moist chocolate sponge with chocolate filling. The cake looked fabulous. The birthday girl loved it. Thanks Claudette from Caroline’s Aunty Sue! x

Not only is Claudette a lovely , kind & caring person she's the most talented cake maker i know ! She's couldn't have been more helpful when putting together ideas for my mums birthday cake and it turned out even better than expected ! Highly recommend & so so delicious ! Thankyou xxxx
