I'd like to start by saying a massive thank you so much to the fabulous staff at the Clayton Hotel. We held a surprise afternoon tea here for a 60th birthday and had a marvellous time.
... All staff were extremely polite, kind & caring and made us feel so welcome. The food was absolutely delicious and of a high standard, the afternoon ran smoothly & everyone was happy.
I'd like to personally thank Savannah for her kindness & professionalism, nothing was too much trouble for her and she made me feel at ease throughout the whole booking process. She accommodated all requests & went out of her way to accommodate last minute dietary requirements.
I honestly cannot thank her enough & I'd highly recommend using the Clayton for parties/meetings/events. I'll definitely return in the future. Thank you so much for everything.'

Wow what an amazing hotel! just got home after a nights stay with my friends very friendly and helpful staff we got in at about 4 am after an incident on car lane with a mad man with a machete.� we told the staff what had happened and then asked where we might get some food and they was kind enough to do us two of the most amazing pizzas THANK YOU! I will definitely be staying again lovely rooms very comfortable beds xx

We stayed over for my friends Hen Night the staff was absolutely amazing start to finish they decorated the room with the things I had posted to them and even gave us a joining room so we could be together! Great service start to finish Thank you �

This hotel was excellent value for money. We were upgraded to a superior room, which was clean and comfortable. Staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was impressive- thoroughly recommend.

The hotel was lovely the staff were friendly breakfast was good room was excellent and near to town centre as well parking under hotel excellent all round. Our room was upgraded on arrive free off charge as well

The Clayton might look like a typical modern hotel/conference venue from the outside but inside you will be met by the friendliest most customer orientated staff I have ever come across. These people go the extra mile and then a bit further. I could name a few (Alex Antonia Emily) but that be unfair to the rest. Looking forward to seeing you all next Friday and again in April.

Stayed here this weekend. It is a great hotel with helpful staff. I kept meaning to ask for our waitress name, but she was so helpful when asking about clubs and where to go. Comfy bed and brilliant breakfast. Thank you very much :-D would defiantly stay here again !

Stayed here on Fri night. A wonderful hotel, we stayed in an exec room which was fantastic, spacious and clean. Staff on reception could not do enough for you. Food in the Inkwell Bar was delicious. Will definitely return. �

Stayed here for my hen night and we'd booked 4 rooms. Was an absolute treat to hear we'd be upgraded to superior rooms at no extra cost! Beds were so comfy and cosy and the rooms were so clean and tidy. The black out curtains were an added bonus too. The staff were so helpful and lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for a night in conjunction with the "40 Years of Disco" show. Hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming. Nightcap in the bar was very reasonably priced and breakfast the following morning was delicious and plentiful. Thank you very much Clayton Hotels.

Stayed at the hotel last night (Friday 8th June 2018) found the staff very welcoming & friendly . Rooms were perfect & had everything we needed. Overall the hotel was spotlessly clean & tidy . Would definately return there if we were to stay over in leeds again . � �

One night stopover for work. Very comfortable room, good facilities, clean and fresh. Enjoyable dinner, good food and plenty of it. Had to make do with the take away breakfast as I left at six am but got a bag full of goodies. Quality establishment! Hope I get sent there again!.

One night stay to visit my daughter at uni. Speedy check in by Luke who upgraded us and later changed our room. No problem. Great bar on a Friday. (40% off all drinks).Speedy service from Alex. place was buzzing.Great beds. We got a family room for 3 at an excellent price. Handy for station and loads of ubers to get you to the nightlife.superior breakfast.

Staff make this hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and always a smile.

Just spent the Easter weekend there were over for my daughters 11th birthday and the Leeds Bolton match. The staff were great from start to finish food was great and rooms were great and comfortable an overall great weekend.

Just returned from an overnight stay while we watched Leeds v Wolves match for my husband's 40th birthday. On arrival our room was upgraded free of charge. As we arrived early, the staff kindly stored our luggage while we explored. On checking into our room we were welcomed with a "Happy Birthday" plate of delicious treats for my husband (although I did eat half lol). We had a spacious room on the top floor, nicely decorated. Radiator was a bit noisy, like having a fish tank in the room but we just turned it off and it settled (Clayton you might want to turn that back on!). We had dinner in the bar which was beautiful, my only criticism being too many chillies in the pasta, (burnt the mouth off me ��). Loved the fact that as we had pre-paid, there was no checking out process, we simply dropped our keys in a bowl and went on our way! Staff very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

I am a frequent traveller to Leeds with work and have stayed at the Clayton Hotel on numerous occasions. The hotel is very reasonably priced, the staff are always very helpful and friendly, the accommodation is clean, comfortable and modern with a great WiFi signal. Food is great and room service prompt. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else now when travelling to Leeds.

Gorgeous hotel,the rooms were nice and beds comfy,it was nice and clean and the staff were really nice not to far to walk to the station or just a short taxi ride and also a short taxi ride to the main clubs area 😀

Absolutely perfect, best hotel I’ve stayed in. Everything about this hotel is wonderful, the staff, the room and amazing breakfast.

Stayed here yesterday to spend the weekend in leeds. Hotel nice, clean , staff very friendly and polite. Breakfast options was excellent food lovely and well presented. Only down side was drunk people arguing early hours of morning banging on doors and waking us up on our landing so not a good nights sleep.
