Available now for Veganuary our chefs have made their own take on the vegan sausage roll. They took a vegan cheese and leek sausage and wrapped it in gluten free vegan puff pastry. They’re absolutely unreal. Come and try one but be quick cos they’re going fast!!!!

Went to the Clean Bean for lunch and I was very impressed. Food was lovely (cake was amazing), staff were friendly and overall a nice place to visit! I will definitely return to try more of the menu! Xx

The Clean Bean offers a friendly welcome, the decor looks amazing. The atmosphere had a real buzz and is in a great location. Would really recommend to anyone. We had drinks which were lovely but can’t wait to go back and try the food.

So pleased to have finally eaten in this little gem , it’s so hard to find a place that does a good vegetarian and vegan menu , visited with three friends for the Christmas menu and it was amazing from start to finish , extra touches to table setting were also added which was so nice , all staff were welcoming and very friendly, nothing was a trouble , already booked for return visit to try the afternoon tea , can see this place being a regular spot for myself and friends �

Lovely setting straight opposite Tommy, really nice decor and atmosphere. Our food and drinks were perfect - healthy and all gluten-free, and reasonably priced. Service was a little slow but staff very friendly and we weren’t in a rush anyway. Will definitely be back!

I tried the Rainbow Buddha Bowl today at Carnival and it was absolutely delicious! Can't wait for the restaurant to open :-) This is exactly what Seaham needs.

I tried the Buddha bowl yesterday and have to say it was really nice, chicken with hot & spicy sauce lovely, plenty fresh veg, clean healthy food, no one else offers this in Seaham so definitely a gap for it, will be good for a pint too, had a look inside and it’s coming on really well and will be a welcome addition to our seafront, good luck to you both on this venture

I stayed in seaham to visit some friends. I discovered clean bean and falled for it immediately. I went there three times in a row to try different things from the menu. I really enjoyed the warm ambience and lovely service. The view is also amazing. The owners Linda and Paul really put their heart in this business and you can see it in every little detail. They even created their own coffee blend. The coffee is just fab. They are completely gluten free and you also find dishes if you are vegan. Actually really everyone will find something.

I just completely fall in love with the sweet pancakes and the choco bowl. It was perfect to start my day.

They just started few weeks ago but they do already so well. I am quite sure that a lot of people will love this place. I say thank you and wish Clean bean all the best and good luck. Will be back soon.

Gorgeous food and healthy too which is a bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Gf lager and ales available along with a good selection of gin. Was lovely not having to enquire whether the food was gf or about cc. I will definitely be back to sample the afternoon tea and Sunday lunch. �
