Clear Light Mindfulness, Hypnotherapy And Deep Recall - Past Life Therapy Description
I was a qualified Hypnotherapist and Past Life Regression Therapist now retired and helping with Extinction Rebellion.
I graduated in 1980 with an Honours degree in Psychology from University College of North Wales, Bangor and after a spontaneous regression as a student became interested in Buddhism. I have spent 4 years in Samye Ling Tibetan Buddhist Centre, over 1 year in Gaia House Retreat Centre, several years as a member of the Sharpham North Buddhist Community where I established the first Mindfulness Days and for 4 years co-managed, with my wife Helen, the Sharpham College for Buddhist Studies and Contemporary Enquiry. I have taught at Samye Ling, Sharpham College, Sharpham Barn, the Kings Fund and currently teach at the Golden Buddha Centre in Totnes. I have also given counselling at The Barn and at a Family Unit with the NHS. I live with my wife Helen and son Luke in Totnes.
I am a trained teacher and have a Post Graduate qualification in Counselling and Guidance from St. Mary's College, UNCW Bangor, a Certificate in Advanced Counselling Studies from University of Plymouth and Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression Therapy qualifications.
