I work using an integrated model of counselling and often use psychodynamic concepts within my work. However I value the influences of Humanistic, Person Centred and Cognitive Behavioural approaches and may also incorporate these.
My approach does not only focus on any problems you may experience but also on what unused opportunities you may have. I may use various techniques like relaxation and stress management strategies to support our work together.
