Me and Hubby treated ourselves to a spa day at Park Hall. We both had a hot stone massage and green tea facial. From booking in to leaving the hotel the team were amazing and made us both feel welcome. My hubby had a painful shoulder which one of the ladies kindly eased for him and advised what treatment he would need next time. Such a lovely pleasant team and extremely professional. Would highly recommend and I know we will be back for more. Till next time ladies x

Just got back from a spa day, Leanne and Tanya were amazing! So lovely and professional. Also had the new polygrip on my nails which is fantastic because it meant I could have tips put on my shorter nails and didn't have to have them all filed down, also made them really smooth!!!! Great day

Came here today for a spa day with my sisters and a friend and we loved it. Really enjoyed our massages and facials and nails (angie had her nails done instead of having a facial). Becky is literally the nail and eye lash fairy 💅👼 my last lot of acrylic nails lasted me over 8 weeks the best I have ever had done and the eye lashes are stunning. Fantastic service as always. Thank you Becky your a star 😄

Attended the Park Hall Hotel branch today with a friend after receiving a voucher for my birthday. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming, the back massage and facial were wonderful and we enjoyed a long swim afterwards. Would recommend this spa and hope to visit again soon.
