Amazingly prompt delivery. I ordered a pair of binoculars at 9.30 am yesterday and they arrived at lunchtime today by courier very safely packaged. Excellent service!

Popped in with a vague idea of what we wanted, and a budget. Suzanne was very helpful, and we were rightly told to go out into the meadow and try as many binoculars as we wanted to find the right set. We are glad we did, and left with a reasonably priced great pair of binoculars, when they could so easily have let us pay double for something we didn't need.
Also, great advice on repairing old pairs if required.
