No after sales service to speak of, say they will ring you back but don't, wouldn't buy from here again. Only gave them one star as there is no option to
give none.

I have bought my last two cars from cliff garage and not once have I had any problems. All the staff were and have been fantastic. 100% recommend.

I've been with this garage for 3 years. This time, I needed repairing a flat tyre on a work van. The mechanic insisted I needed buying a completely new tyre from him as it would blow up, probably on my way to our local Tesco. I said leave it, but he insisted on me buying a new tyre. He then said he would put a spare wheel on instead, and so he did. They jacked up the old vehicle not by the vehicle chassis but against something else, by which this mechanic in this garage destroyed the differential as it was off set since then, making the vehicle do all grueling sounds known to mankind since they did this spare wheel change thereat. I returned to them, saying the new wheel was giving off odd sounds, they said whatever, YOU damaged your wheel bearing. I said, so are you going to repair it then, right? They said, no. In one month, the offset differential made the vehicle a complete write off. Congratulations Cliff Garage, you can really impress!

Absolute joke and rip offs, took my car to this partner garage depo to have a cam shaft sensor fitted on tue and was told id get car back wed, its fri now i rang this morning to ask whats goin on and got told my bill so far is £360, i said stop what ur doin i want my car back now, im on holiday at blue dolphin and its ruined for the whole family, no car for 4 days and £360 bill for a job anyone could do in an hour, i had to deal with workers as the boss would not come speak to me, stay away from these and there other half depo garage, although it was depo garage that did jog my bill says cliff garage im sure these rip offs no exactly they are on a holiday route and people have to pay it or they are stuck, go somewhere else

After breaking down in Scarborough. I was towed to this garage. After being informed that Repairs had been completed i paid the bill and collected the car only to break down again 5 miles later. The car was again towed back to the garage and my calls avoided for the next 3 days. Eventually i was called back to be told that the car had been running fine and no fault could be found.Again I collect the car but Suprise, Suprise I break down again with the same fault. While I understand many things can go wrong the customer service I received was appalling.
