Clinical Pilates : Nikki Laing

Clinical Pilates classes designed especially for clients suffering with Medical and musculoskeletal issues such as; mobility concerns, falls, osteoporosis, back pain, rehab following spinal or joint surgery, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis.

Classes run by Qualified Physiotherapists trained in Clinical Pilates Instruction.

Classes are small and run by 2 instructors in classes with 11 clients or 1 instructor with a class of 5. The classes are run in 6 week courses.

Classes are aimed at clients suffering from back pain, recovering from back pain or surgery or any other medical problems. We are also happy for non-suffers to join the classes.
