We have booked a session for my twins 10th birthday party in July and so we decided to let them have a go at the clip n climb yesterday, prior to their party.



Things are so well organised here and the staff always look happy and are so attentive. My son has type 1 diabetes and the staff were not phased at all and they asked appropriate questions prior to his climb and assured us that they would keep a good eye on him - which they did.



The children had a fantastic time and we watched from the cafe and took photos of their achievements on the various walls.



The cafe was absolutely spotless and prices were reasonable too.



We're really looking forward to visiting again on their party day!

Visited today for the first time with my husband and girls 4 and 8. We all had a great time staff were brilliant and there were lots of them to help out. The 4 year old made it to the top of a few with assistance from your wounderful staff and was very pleased with herself, she wants to come back tomorrow. The 8 year old didn't make it far from the floor but got lots of encouragement from staff. We will definitely be back again.

Took our Niece for a session when she visited. Adults climbed too and it was just SO much fun! The flow of sessions works really well so there‚Äôs no overcrowding either during the climbing session or for the use of the cage. The staff are great and friendly, offering hints and tips for those of us who are just too scared to ‚Äújust let go‚ÄĚ (adults are such babies!). It was great to see youngsters so confident and independently using the equipment and obviously enjoying themselves!

Thank you for an amazing party for my daughter Emily. She had the best time with her friends and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Can highly recommend a birthday party here.

My son aged 3 has just been to the toddler session, he loved it and can’t wait to go again! Staff are amazing so friendly and helpful, cafe is good too!

Such a great venue, the kids had a fantastic time. Even the couple that were not to sure at first grew in confidence after Wayne And Beth worked their magic.

My daughter attended the toddler clip and climb session today and had an absolutely amazing time. The staff were brilliant and helped to build my daughters confidence when climbing to new heights. This is a wonderful place to burn off energy and help build strength and confidence around heights. I would highly recommend to all and my daughter can't wait to go again :-)

She was a bit nervous and shy at first but both members of staff did an amazing job spending time with her to get her involved with all the activities. Just been with our two children 7 & 4. Our 4 year old was a bit nervous but the staff were amazing with him. Calming him down when he got worked up and encouraging him making him feel safe. One lady inparticular stood out, she just had so much time and patience for him (I unfortunatly didnt get her name)

Both children were nervous for their try on the slide but two of the lads were lovely with them. Cant wait to return thankyou

Just back from a party at clip and climb and wanted to take a moment to say a massive thank you to the staff , my son who has type 1 diabetes and other issues was so well looked after today especially by one member of staff during the climbing activities he couldn't do enough for my son and kept such a close eye on him , I was so very thankful , will hopefully be back for another visit with my other boys very soon xx

I would definitely recommend this place, all the staff here were so helpful and lovely, they gave my 5 year old son 5 star treatment for the whole hour especially Wayne and Warren who were by his side all the way. Thanks guys he had an awesome time and will definitely be returned again another time ÔŅĹ

I have written a full review post (public) on my wall however I have to say another massive Well Done to you for offering a truly inclusive experience for our daughter who has both physical & developmental disabilities.

Your staff members on duty on Sunday 15th July, especially Connor, were just fantastic with her. Patient, friendly and completely dedicated to ensuring she had a great experience. Thank you so much ÔŅĹ

I came along on Friday with Martha 4 and Amelia 6. They'd been before and had an amazing time. This time was even better. Each and every member of staff was fantastic going beyond helpful, from the guy who went on his break 5 minutes late so he could clip in and climb with Martha, not doing it for her but building her confidence, to the girl that helped them both over the tricky bit on the rope ladder so they both reached the top. Memories made and a love of climbing instilled. Thank you!

Had my son's 6th birthday here yesterday and I must say we had 20 happy kids. The staff are amazing and look after everyone. Harrison loved it and so glad to see all the kids climb. You have a great team and we can't thank you all enough for making a birthday to remember ÔŅĹÔŅĹ see you soon xo

First visit with my 9 year old today.

I was very apprehensive before we got started, but it was the best fun we’ve had together for ages!

The staff are great (and work so hard!), the arena is clean and well maintained, and the walls and challenges are just brilliant.

One hour is just the right amount of time to do all the climbs, and to repeat any favourites.

A great place to spend time with the kids without electronic devices, and you get fit st the same time.

We will definitely be back again ÔŅĹ

Came along with my nephew George to his first autism session tonight,and what a great night once George overcame his fear of heights and falling he was climbing to the top of 3 of the walls and completing the stairway to heaven ÔŅĹ all the staff are so attentive and nothing is too much trouble for them to help you

Will definitely be returning again with George in the future ÔŅĹ

Brought my daughter and niece here today and they absolutely loved it. We would like to thank the staff who were absolutely fantastic with both our girls in particular my niece as it was her 1st time and was very nervous, but they built up her confidence so much, they can't wait to come backÔŅĹ
