Wow!!! I went today with my Daughter and it was our first time. I was quite anxious and didn't climb many walls but my Daughter had no fear and went on as many as she could. We were well supported by Mike who was very attentive and encoraging. Thanks Mike!! Oh and if any one is anxious dont be. They take our safety very seriously!!

We brought our 2 here after New year, they were bought a voucher for Christmas.

They are 15 and 11, both of them absolutely loved it and enjoyed every minute.

A little bit gutted that the drop slide wasn't open.

There was a party on and all staff were very busy from start to finish, they never stopped smiling.

My husband helped with the clipping in and out

Took my two children here for the second time in as many months and they love it. The staff were amazing when my son, who is scared of heights, made it to the top of a climbing wall for the fist time. They made a fuss of him and talked to him and that gave him the confidence boost to get to the top again. Safe to say we will be back again in the near future

My daughter had her 8th Birthday Party party here today. All the kids loved it. Staff were really busy but all helpful. Party host Tommy was fab. All the kids demolished their food and loved the Bucking Bronco to finish. Thought it was great value for money and would definitely recommend

Had a fantastic day today with my daughter and her friend. all the staff were fantastic. we hadn't booked onto a session but that didn't matter and we only had to wait 10 mins till the session began! the kids absolutely loved it and we are really greatful to the staff especially Brad who put the girls at ease! only downside was one poor fella fitting the harnesses on his own meaning we had to wait a little while. maybe with extra hands then it would of been quicker. we can't wait to come again ÔŅĹ

Great place, children really enjoyed themselves. Staff in clip and climb were great at their job and friendly. Only thing that I would suggest for future review by management was I couldn‚Äôt understand why children weren‚Äôt expected to wear helmets when climbing, this being after my daughter went all the way to the top and when coming down slipped, spun around and banged back of her head on one of the rock sticking out. She was very lucky as it was a big thud heard by others but this did ruin the experience for her and after was too afraid to climb again. So we left experience half way through after having tears ÔŅĹ. Overall, great fun place.

Been several times with my son. Each time the staff have been courteous, polite, helpful and work really hard. There is a good variation of walls to climb plus a drop slide, stepping stone that progress to about 20ft and leap of faith. I will definitely return to Clip n Climb Chester.

Visited yesterday for the first time with my daughter, she loved it. Some of the staff could've been a bit more approachable but on the whole were okay. My daughter loved having all the walls to choose from :)

Had a great time and would definitely return, the staff all worked hard and were really friendly. Perhaps the only thing I would say is that more staff are needed during busy periods or perhaps they just need to be better organised (could they not all have a certain number of walls to cover?) as we did seem to be waiting around a while to be clipped / unclipped at times as they all seemed to congregate around one area.
