We took our 3.5year old twin boys on Tuesday to a toddler session. They absolutely loved it. The staff were friendly, helpful and encouraging to the kids (We met up with other friends with twins too). All the kids had great fun and the session included crafts and lunch. The sandwiches were fresh and there was plenty of choice for everyone.

All the adults had lunch too and the food was excellent, fresh, plenty of filling in the sandwiches etc and very reasonably priced. My other toddler and all the kids enjoyed the soft play too.

The venue is clean and tidy with very clean toilets (putting a baby change in the men's toilets would be encouraged and a 6th star gained �) and there is plenty of seating.

We had a great time and will definitely return, whether it's with kids or a day out for the adults �

We had our daughters 5th birthday party at clip “n” climb yesterday and she and her friends had a super time. The guy on the front desk and all the instructors were very helpful, and patient with the children that were apprehensive. My little girl particularly loves Kayleigh! �

We had a great time here has a family, we did the toddler session for my three year old then my 6 year old did one of the normal sessions and both of them loved it and asked to go back!

We LOVE Clip n climb!! The staff are really friendly and so encouraging. My youngest is 4 and was able to climb with my older two for the first time recently having only been to toddler sessions before. His confidence grew whilst we were there and he climbed higher than he had done previously. It definitely is fun for all the family.

Took my son and 5 friends for his birthday. They all loved it and had a fab time. Pre ordered the pizza meal deal for 6 for when they finished climbing and there was plenty of food. Very helpful instructors and people in the cafe. Will definitely be back. Thanks Clip n Climb �

Took my Rainbows group last night - girls aged 5 - 7. Exclusive hire. Everyone climbed and thoroughly enjoyed it! Staff were extremely professional, helpful and above all kind and encouraging to all of us. You made us all feel very welcome. Thank you so much for having us. The set up and equipment definitely make this place a great family experience. What ever your age you'll enjoy it!

Took my 6 year old daughter for the first time today. She is Autistic, but it's not obvious to look at her and i didn't make anyone aware of this. She got upset and struggled to start with, but one of the instructors, Hannah came over to help us. She was amazing with my daughter, really patient and spent lots of time encouraging her until she felt confident enough to do it on her own. All the other instructors were really friendly and helpful too. Massive thank you to Hannah from Izzy xx

Took my 2 and 3 year old girls to a toddler session today and it was brilliant. Mike was fabulous, very friend and encouraging and great with my girls whilst maintaining a professional attitude. Parking was easy, the sessions is brilliant value for money as it includes softplay, lunch and crafts. Will definitely be returning and recommending to my friends. Coffee was pretty good to �

This was the 2nd time I’ve took my 11 year old daughter but the 1st time taking my son who is nearly 7 and has asd and adhd, the staff was amazing so friendly,patient and helpful! I would highly recommend this place to anyone 👍🏻😊

The staff absolutely stand out from everywhere else. They’re so helpful and friendly.

I have to mention Issac. I can’t tell you how wonderful he is, has been both times we have visited. He encouraged both my daughters, especially my youngest this time. He made it so much more fun, if that’s possible, but he did!

Both my girls instantly liked and trusted him because of his nature with them.

Simply put he’s brilliant! And what a great afternoon out we’ve had!

Just got home from my sons 4th birthday party. I just wanted to say the whole process was great. From the first phone call till the end of the party. Very helpful very patient, they were fab with my elder son with autism and even the little toddlers that were scared at the beginning were climbing high by the end. The party room was lovely, clean and colourful. The whole area clean and safe. Totally recommend. Thank you

Came for our first visit today with boys aged 10, 7 & 5. Eldest was very nervous & was ready to give up early on until I spoke to Kayleigh who instantly put him (& I) at ease. She was fantastic with him & had him climbing to the top in no time. This young lady was absolutely awesome with the kids and is a real credit to your team. That said, all the staff we encountered were friendly, knowledgeable and fun.

Thanks for a great afternoon, we’ll certainly be back soon.

Both my children love it here. The staff are so good with children and helped my children develop their climbing. The cafe is amazing for the cake and coffee for £3.50 my husband says the lemon drizzle is amazing. Sally who works at the café goes out of her way to make sure the cafe is clean and tidy and that her customers are happy. My daughter finds the lad with the blue hair so approachable and the lad who has been there for ages with glasses made the session for all the kids there. Was thinking of doing my daughter's party there but seems expensive only downfall x

Booked onto the toddler session with a little one who was inconsolable when we had to come out of the soft play to join the climbing session! Luckily, a lovely employee called William was chatty with our toddler and tried his hardest to help calm her down. Eventually she decided she wanted to join in and again William went out of his way to make her, and us, feel comfortable and confident, and gave us a little extra time as we'd missed so much. Really impressed with the support we had and so chuffed our daughter ended up enjoying her time in the end.

Took my son to the toddler session yesterday as it was his birthday, was £8 for climbing, food box, soft play and craft was really good value, the instructors are fab with the kids and my son had a brilliant time, however food was extremely disappointing ran out of 2 out of 4 sandwich fillers for kids and lots of other bits which is poor considering there is a maximum session number so catering should reflect this

Thank you to the team Saturday who climbed next to my 4 year old and encouraged him to complete the climbs. He loved it. Also to the team members who attached the class bear to my daughter. Clip n climb is all they have talked about since Saturday

Really great day! The instructors were great, made us feel very confident and that we were in safe hands. Our group was aged 4 - 38 and we each had the same amount of fun! thank you!

My daughter and her friends loved her tenth birthday party here yesterday. We've been a few times and they always have a great time. However, as a party venue, for the amount we paid I was a little disappointed in the way this was run. When we arrived and checked in we were told to wait in the café, where we piled up party bags, cake, 12 lots of kids' coats etc on the one small available table. Half way through the climbing I realised the birthday child should get a free leap of faith so I hunted down a staff member to sort that. The kids enjoyed the climbing then we all gathered in the café looking for someone to direct us as to where to go next. We found our room and food appeared, I had to go down to ask for napkins and take the dirty and extremely sharp cake knife down to the café along with some dirty tea towels. I also had to go down to ask them to bring up desserts and ask for another knife, it was hard tracking anyone down!

So I'm not sure I'd do a party here again- the kids had a great time but the adults were dumped in it with zero customer service to fend for ourselves. Sorry to be negative!

Thought it was a lot of money for the amount of time, felt like we were waiting to go on things a lot, wouldn’t go again for the price.
