I love that parents can get involved or use it as an opportunity for an hours peace and a cup of tea and a biscuit! The staff are so helpful (really patient) and help the children as much or as little as they want/need.

We had a great time today at my son’s party, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Would highly recommend!
We came on Sunday for my son's 10th birthday with 11 friends. The kids all had an amazing time and loved every minute of it. Will be definitely be coming back again.
My son Jamie had his first Clip and Climb session today and absolutely loved it!
I explained to the staff about his autism and they were so encouraging and lovelywith him. He’s now looking forward to joining climbing club. Thanks so much xx
My girls and myself had a ball this morning at 11:30 really enjoyed it. Staff very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to coming again soon
My daughter was very nervous but the staff where amazing. Clipping themselves next to her to give her the confidence to reach the top. Thank you. She's desperate to come back.
My boys were at a birthday party and I can’t rate this place enough. My eldest was scared of heights and the staff were amazing with him, explained everything to him and stayed with him until he was confident to go up by himself. By the end of the party he was climbing up to the top of the walls and now wants to go back again. Great place for kids.
My 6 year old daughter and her friends had a fab time here. Great climbing walls and staff really good with them all. She loved every minute will definitely be back again! X

I took my two six year olds here today and they loved it and they burnt off some energy too. The staff were brilliant, they encouraged all the kids and helped those who were a little scared.
A lot of adults joined in too, so not just for kids.
I never leave reviews but this place really does deserve some credit. It’s a great place for the kids with a bright, fun and energetic atmosphere, but what sells it for me is the staff are absolutely brilliant!! They are always smiling, they make the effort to remember the kids names and they give so much encouragement and support! Thanks so much for giving my daughter, who’s a nervous climber, such a great experience! We will be back soon!

Had a joint birthday party here for our 11 year old and it was fab. Staff were great and everyone loved it. We used the party room afterwards which worked perfectly. 18 happily exhausted kids - result!
Great fun for my 2 children aged 5 & 9.. the lady instructor was really helpful and encouraging. Defiantly worth a visit
Four very happy children after their session there (7&10 years), brimming with confidence and wondering what they'll attempt next time they visit. Staff were excellent and have just the right amount of encouragement and persuasion. We'll be back.

Would also like to say a massive thank you to a member of staff that was so amazing with my girls, i think her name was 'Jess' she just went above an beyond too make sure they had the best time and will definitly be back every weekend �
Brilliant :-) We were fortunate to get over to the pre launch and had a fantastic time. The team were really helpful with our 4-year old making sure the body harness fit well before letting her loose. The climbs were challenging and great fun for novice climbers but with each wall having some more difficult options it was possible to get a bit of healthy competition going with the kids! The see through wall in particular was a highlight and the girls haven't stopped talking about it since we left. We'll definitely be back :-D
