The cause was how the vehicle was being used short trips and stop start driving After carrying out our on car three stage DPF cleaning process the DPF was restored to normal and this was confirmed on an extended road test and the vehicle was fixed saving replacment or removing the DPF .... We were also able to offer advice on how to prevent this happening again .
