We visited as a family in September 2017, we were looking for 3 bikes with very different ideas of what the right bike might be for each of us (men’s, women’s and teenage girls). We were served by Scott and what a fantastic job he did of taking us through the options, we spent nearly 3 hours asking question after question trying many different bikes, Scott answered every single question with full confidence and interest, he gave lots of great advice and respected our budget. We have bought cheap bikes in the past from the likes of Halfords being served by people who were really not interested in what we left the store with if anything! these same people had little or no knowledge to answer the questions I LOVE to ask! I would rather pay the bit extra and receive the great service knowledge and professionalism of the staff at Clive Mitchell Cycles. All of the staff that have served us at this store are great at what they do. We had the bikes serviced with great ease and were happy to help make the handle bar set up a little more comfy for me to ride, well worth the visit many thanks to you all ��

Wanted kitting out from scratch with a road bike and accessories. Nothing was too much trouble and they left no stone unturned to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted. I'm delighted with my new bike and would recommend the team at Clive Mitchell Summercourt thoroughly (as I have before with other purchases from Truro). I'd never go anywhere else. Visited For A New Bike Fit.

The fit was More old skool with Plumb-lines and lasers than a full BG.

Yet Mark completed this out of the ordinary fit with ease and humour.

Purchased my Cube Attain at Summercourt last Thursday 8th February 2018 after having it saved a few days before. Excellent service and Scott was very helpful in showing me different details on the bike as I haven't owned a road bike for many years and some details on bikes have changed since then, e.g. changing gear with the brake levers and the modern type quick release hubs etc. The shop is in an ideal location with plenty of room to park in its own car park which I also used to give the bike a test ride. Just waiting for the weather to improve now so I can try it out properly.

Once again, a big Thank You for your above and beyond customer service. Not only are 2 very happy grandchildren now the proud owners of Frog 62s, they are on their way back to St Albans on Thule roof carriers which you were kind enough to source, build and fit in record time! Big thanks Team CMC for even more bikes added to the family collection and I don’t suppose they will be the last we buy from you!

From the moment we stepped inside a few weeks ago we were treated like one of the family. Scott was our first point of contact, he was very knowledgeable and helpful as was Andy on our second and third visit when we placed our order.

Today we were greeted by Scott, nothing was to much trouble.

We took our bikes for a trip around Truro. Early days but we are very pleased, the whole experience has been very pleasant from day one until collection.

Collected my bike today with the bike scheme at work. From my first visit I was welcomed in, left enough time to have a look around, and then had lots of honest advice when I was ready to ask questions.

At 6’+ in cycling shoes I am not your average sized woman. Off the peg clothing and shoes are a mystery to me so when I purchased my first road bike why should I have expected a one size fits all bike to fit me?

Having ridden my bike for several years with a rudimentary bike fit, an increase in mileage has bought with it an increase in niggling pain, culminating in a near divorce from my bike during a recent Sportive! It was time to bite the bullet and get a proper bike fit.

Clive Mitchell offer a comprehensive bike fit service that uses digital body geometric measuring and subjective feedback to ascertain the frame size required to cycle in comfort as well as set your bike to your individual measurements.

The process took several hours but Andy worked tirelessly to listen to my feedback, answer my questions and remould my bike to my given dimensions. (In fact I picked his brains on many products, asked novice questions and mentally spent a fortune on shiny things!) I came away with a bike that I’m now desperate to ride, a saddle that fits and a great respect for the knowledgable, approachable staff at Clive Mitchell. In true Arnie style...’I’ll be back’!
