So far very good no complaint fares are reasonable on time drivers are helpfull very happy with clock cars .

Stupid operators can't even provide a service sent other taxi company to me instead even though I agreed a price they overcharged me if you ask me whole business needs shutting down stupid idiots. Strongly advise not to use this taxi base.😡

Taxi ordered in plenty of time and was late. I rang to chase when they were five minutes overdue and was told the taxi would be with me in another five minutes. Ten minutes later I rang again and was given some excuse that the driver had a flat tire. They finally turned up 25 minutes late and and told me it was because they were busy - the driver knew nothing about any flat tire and actually thought it was funny that I was irritated with the company. Great customer service.
The driver didn't have a clue how to get to the centre of Halifax and I had to direct him. Seriously?!
A total waste of time. They couldn't get to me on time even though I pre-booked hours in advance, lied on the phone more than once and made me late for an appointment. I'll never use this company again. Jokers.
I'm now waiting for them to reply with the stock 'Under new management' nonsense that they seem to use with every other bad review. There seem to be plenty here who had similar problems to me. I wonder how many times management actually changes???
