BEWARE CLOCKTOWER App ...!!!!! THIS is unsafe and lacks proper security!!!!!STRICTLY UNPROFESSIONALE AND DISHONEST PEOPPLE.

Do not store your credit card details in their app - after using them on/off for the last year, I have been defrauded through their app. Fortunately my bank picked up the transaction and called me to query it. Not a company to be trusted with your personal details even before booked a cab and then I had to cancel it. Plenty of time before. The money went back into the but not back to my card. Absolutely ridiculous. I sent an email detailing this but no acknoledgment or reply.

WARNING !!!!! DO NOT USE CLOCK TOWER CARS THEY STEAL MONEY AND NEVER GIVE IT BACK .BOOKED A TAXI TO PICK ME UP TO TAKE ME TO THE AIRPORT. THE TAXI NEVER TURNED UP. CLOCK TOWER DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP ME HOWEVER CHARGED ME INSTEAD SAYING THE JOB WAS COMPLETED WHEN I LOST MY FLIGHT....JUST AVOID THEM ....UBER IS THE BEST OPTION .....NOT WORTH EVEN 1 STAR ONLY DISSAPOINTMENT AND WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.....

Great service from the cab office. Always match the price if you ask. Some staff great some need training otherwise an excellent cab service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. All the other reviews are accurate. Waited 50 minutes for a taxi that never arrived. Useless. Use uber and save yourself the hassle.

Will never waste my time with this cab firm again. My cab was booked half an hour before it was needed yet the driver showed up 15 minutes late. Not only was he late he went to the wrong address so i had to walk halfway down the street with my toddler to look for him. When we got in the cab the first thing he said was that he wanted to be paid upfront! Considering he was late and I have used this car service before i was very offended. Won't be using them again, what an AWFUL service

Absolutely shocking service. Booked through the app at an agreed price to pick us up at Gatwick Arrivals. The car turns up (30 minutes late with no apology) then parks in departures. He rings and tries to get us to head there with all our bags, but eventually agrees to come to Arrivals (you know, where planes arrive) but once he gets there, loads our bags and after we sit in the car, tries to make us pay for parking. We refuse on principal and he unloads the bag and off he goes. Horrific service, and basically a scam - they try to make you trek across the airport to avoid paying the parking which they'll add into the cost anyway as it's an airport pick up. Do not use.

Clocktower Cars (based in Epsom) are a reliable service when picking you up from your home. However, based on several experiences, I would not recommend using them for an Airport pickup.

When picking up from an airport, they will charge you extra for a pickup in the terminal, however their drivers refuse to actually do this and insist on meeting you at the departure drop off. This would be fine if they weren't charging you extra for the parking costs. Their drivers are often late as well. When I booked for a 5:30pm slot, the driver did not turn up to 6pm. When phoning their office, the controller was rude and kept lying saying the driver would be there in 2 minutes.

So my recommendation would be to use Clocktower cars to pick up from home to the airport but use an Uber for the return journey as they are cheaper and more reliable.

Outstanding service from the manager Ben, a difficult airport pick-up - 5 adults and 4 kids and 7 suitcases - was organised so well and best price of 4 cab offices I called

I have been an Epsom resident for the last 2 years and, until 2 weeks ago, have used Clocktower Cars without incident.

Two recent incidents have highlighted the fact that they do not vet their drivers and they care nothing about following up on these incidents.

Shouting abusively at your fare is not acceptable behaviour for any cab driver! Putting your head in the sand as a cab operator is even worse.

I am a strong advocate of local business, but I've had to draw the line.

Currently waiting for a taxi. They are already over half an hour late. I have called them five times now and all they do is hang up on me. It's 3.00 on a Friday, not exactly rush hour. And they have done this many times before. Scam prices. Scam service. Dangerous driving.
If you want to pay for a service that doesn't show up, hangs up on you, and endangers your life, choose Clocktower cars.

SHOCKING service cars are always late at best, if not very late and the guy at the end of the phone sounds like he couldn't care less.
I had a car booked for 6.40pm, which after four phone calls eventually arrived at 7.25pm, to get me to a restaurant for 7pm !!!!!
If you want to arrive at your restaurant on time either book your car 20mins before you actually need to leave or just use a professional car service because these guys are a joke.

Absolutely shocking. Avoid at all costs. It's like they stopped off at the pub first before coming to pick me up. Clock tower cars ?!?!?!?! .... seriously, they need to buy a clock !

I have been using this company for more than a year now. They have taken and collected myself and family from the airport several times. I have used them for local journeys as well. I have never had any problems at all. Cars on time. Drivers polite. Will continue to use them and recommend them.

I booked a taxi two days in advance but did not come on that day, I phoned them 3 times and they ask me to wait because the car it is on a way to my address....after 20 minutes of waiting the car did not arrive. I went to the Epsom office and the manager found a car for me...fortunately, I was not going to airport to catch a flight.....
On the airports they do not wait you on the taxi point, you need to find their car around the airport(they do not pay for car park)
