About Cloisters Spa & Health Club
Welcome to Cloisters Spa, a privately owned Spa and Health Club set in the grounds of the Parsonage Hotel, which is located on the outskirts of York.
Cloisters Spa & Health Club Description
Set in six acres of beautiful formal gardens and only 15 minutes away from the historic city of York, our spa facilities include 5 treatment rooms, a 16 metre swimming pool, jacuzzi, state-of-the-art gymnasium, sauna, stream room, and aromatherapy salt room. We use leading British Spa brand Elemis and specialise in their ‘touch’ therapies. OPI products are used in our hand and foot treatments and St Tropez for spray tanning. For all make-up, we use Mii cosmetics
Please read our spa guidance before making your booking. Please note that under 18s are not able to use the spa or leisure facilities (including the swimming pool).

It is with a very heavy heart that for the first time ever we are having to close Cloisters Spa & Health Club and The Fat Abbot from tonight. We are following government guidelines regarding COVID-19. Any Spa memberships that are paid upfront- the time that we are closed will be added to the end of your membership. Any Spa memberships done by monthly direct debits- direct debits will be frozen until we reopen. We will let everyone know when this is possible. ... The hotel is still functioning for bedrooms and breakfast. We are promoting ‘social distancing’ within the hotel and expect our guests to follow this for the protection of staff and guests.
