I had a really pleasant experience in this premium bike shop. My seat post clamp bolt was chewed and they removed it for me free of charge and replaced it with a new one. The staff member was helpful and the shop was immaculate. The folks that whirl in there are particularly keen on SRAM and mountain bikes, but happily turn their hands to road stuff.

Plenty of goodies to browse but the real treasure is the mechanic service. Top quality work. Also focused on trying to repair what you have rather than just sell you new parts (as some would do). Highly recommended.

brilliant bike shop. Adam, Kris and Billy are awesome!! They recently built me, what can only be described as a monster... a speed machine!! Argon 18 with sram group set. I used it in Sundays ride London and finished with a time of 4:36. 50 mins quicker than my PB!! They are super helpful, and very patient, especially when I constantly email them asking stupid questions. I couldn't recommend enough!

I have used Cloud 9 Cycles twice now. I have been so happy with the service. They are knowledgeable, helpful and really friendly. They only use the best quality products. Billy was especially great. Definitely recommend.

I work nearby and they are always really helpful, even at short notice, and whenever I've taken one of my bikes there it has just been sorted out with no fuss and on time. Good for little things like reattaching pannier racks to full on services for Bromptons and even scruffy mountain bikes. They are good at explaining what needs doing and why- would recommend.

Tip top service all round, simply one of the best bike shops in London. Expert service, friendly and extremely knowledgable staff - passionate about what they do - and damn good at what they do in the process.

Cloud Nine built me a new pair of wheels for my commute bike. They were quick, efficient, very helpful and competitively priced. The wheels they built are great. I've had a number of wheel sets built over the last 20 years and they compare with the best. Highly recommended.

The Bike Fit at Cloud 9 Cycles is top notch. Tony is not only going to get you comfy and powerful on your bike but is going to check your whole body and pedalling technique to make it fit your body. I have never seen anybody so communicative in this part of the industry, definitely worth the money.

New bike, bespoke bike fitting - all done to the highest standards of quality (believe me, I am a very demanding customer!). These guys rock - other bike shops sent me away after the aluminium frame of my old bike broke right through but Cloud9 re-built my bike, better, stronger and lighter than ever with a titanium frame and carbon fibre seat post and saddle. Looks absolutely stunning and rides even better. And Tony gave me an individual bike fitting that taught me a lot about the perfect riding position, allowing me to now enjoy my new bike more than ever. It was a pleasure doing business with you guys! Will always be happy to come back and con only highly recommend the place!
