I am a qualified integrative therapeutic counsellor, offering face to face or online counselling sessions for those who work in the creative, PR and marketing industries. Having worked in these industries and recruiting in them for over 20 years, I understand the stressful nature, long hours and the pressures and politics that can have an affect on your life and mental health. I offer a confidential space for you to talk about what is going on for you in both your life and in work, and use a blend of integrative psychotherapy, meditation and mindfulness and life coaching. The aim of my work is to support you in improving the quality of your well being and empower you. Initial consultations are free, in which we would agree whether to work together and duration of sessions, which would be reviewed regularly - you are in charge. All worked is confidential and I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP). I have full insurance and am DBS checked. I also have experience of dealing with anxiety /GAD, depression, phobias, self harm, suicide, bereavement, personality disorders, low self esteem, anger, relationship and family issues, body image, self-harm, substance abuse, trauma and abuse.
