Formed in 1992, Clover Controls Ltd are an independent "Controls System House" and "Software Integrator" based in the north east of England. We are authorised partners for a range of controls systems such as Trend Control Systems, Delta Controls, Automated Logic, Distech Controls & Schneider SmartStruxure. Liaising with consultants, mechanical contractors and end users our experienced project engineers ensure your project smoothly progresses from initial system design to control panel manufacture and finally electrical installation. By working with you throughout the project we ensure deadlines are met and cost control maintained. Following successful installation of the Building Management System (BMS) our team of commissioning engineers pre- commission and software commission the entire system with client training provided thus ensuring clients have full confidence in the use of the BMS. Clover Controls can offer tailor made maintenance support agreements for all the BMS systems we install from single controller to multi campus systems with the assurance that we will only maintain systems for which our engineers are fully trained ensuring the best possible standards of service. Regular maintenance visits on agreed dates are provided with a full system report provided on completion of the visit. With our in house manufacturing facility we can offer bespoke control panels constructed to your exact requirements with quality construction and thorough testing guaranteed as all control panels are constructed and tested by our trained panel wiremen. We can provide an electrical design service with drawings produced to your exact requirement and issued to you for approval with "As Installed" drawings provided upon completion for record purposes. With over 30 years experience in providing integration solutions utilising among others Modbus RS485 /IP , RS232 serial communication our in house programmer and can confidently provide your integration needs.
