The best touring caravan park in Buxton.. Without any doubt!

Reluctantly just arrived home from our first stay at Cloverfields, my husband described the site as a 5 star site with Hilton Facilities! We have never experienced cleanliness and attention to detail like it in all the years we have been touring. We also treated ourselves to the Sunday lunch that they offer which was delicious and would recommend to anyone. From the minute we arrived at the gated entrance we found only friendliness from all the staff and owners. If you want a stay in Derbyshire do not look any further than Cloverfields we are just trying to work out when we can return!

how lucky we were to find such a super site, everything from arrival to leaving was such a treat will certainly be back next year and stay for longer next time. Can recommend to anyone.going to this site again this month and just read the reviews, and found one lady who was there in March I don't know what the problem was but may I respectfully suggest that she tries the site again as every other review is five star plus

Beautiful family run site, secure, well kept grounds & onsite facilities spotlessly clean, felt more like staying with friends than first time visitors to a camp site.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, we are booking our next stay already!

Turned up in the chance we could stay for 2 nights, mid week at the end of March. We usually go wild camping in a converted long wheel base van. It was too wet and windy to wild camp so were advised to go to Clover Fields. The site only appeared to have a couple of tourers on it so were surprised to be turned away at the gate. The chances of the site filling up on a wet and windy Wednesday and Thursday in March seem to be pretty remote so can only assume that we were turned away from appearances only. Don't assume that people who camp in converted vans are too rough for your site, we are both working professionals . Our money, your loss.

Had a two week stay here in Sept last yr what a fantastic time we had this family who owns clover fields certainly know what good service is and how to treat customers we have never been to a site twice but this is the exception.

Just had 14 nights at Clover Fields and WOW! Nothing is too much trouble for this wonderful family. From the moment you arrive to you leave you feel special. Everything is spotless and well thought out. Meals to die for especially Jodie's Sticky toffee pudding sundae and the Derbyshire oatcakes. Sunday lunch was exceptional and could even be delivered to your caravan if you wanted. Jan and Steve and family are fantastic hosts and we have recommended this piece of heaven to all of our friends. We can't wait to go back. We miss the camaraderie especially 'Robert' and the cigar. Thank you for a fabulous holiday. Jan and Colin, Alfie and Rusty.

We stayed at Clover Fields for five nights and we really wish it could have been longer (if, like us, you think that they are fully booked, especially at the weekends, please ask Jan or Steve) we really wanted eight nights but because we thought they were booked for the weekend we had already booked somewhere else (much to our dismay at Knutsford).
When we arrived we were met by Tom ( one of Steve and Jan's sons) and a very pleasant lad he is, this is a family run Park and two of their daughters (Jess and Zoe) also help out.
A lot of the pitches have Beech hedges on each side and a grassed area as well as the hard-standing, this makes them sheltered and private but in no way does this block your view of the outstanding countryside.
When we first saw the toilet blocks (weathered wood) we were a little surprised as we had heard how modern they were, but WOW when you open the door to the loos you won't believe your eyes. Every thing you could want is provided (hand wash, tissues, cotton buds etc. and even a dish of boiled sweets) and everywhere is immaculate. The showers are separate and consist of two wet rooms with Drench Showers (they are at the moment building a new block of Ladies toilets and showers at the top of the park, the Gents has already been built and really has the WOW factor).
There is a small restaurant on site where they serve the most delicious meals all of which are a very reasonable price (and the puddings are to die for, I had a Raspberry Ripple Sundae and when it arrived I couldn't believe my eyes, I thought that I would never finish it, but really it was very light and yummy, I just about managed to refrain from licking the glass) definitely not to be missed.
The Park is kept in lovely condition and your Hosts, Jan and Steve couldn't be more welcome and helpful if they tried, and wait until you see the Dog Walk, there are Poo bags provided, gloves and even an Air freshener in the bin!!
I could go on and on about this Park but why not go see for yourselves.
