Just a polite reminder to all Parents of the Children who are leaving us to go to School, that it is our Graduation on Thursday 18th July, 2-3 pm. We look forward to seeing you all there. Ps you may want to remember your tissues as it will be an emotional afternoon !!! 🎓

We would like to remind everyone that is is our Summer Fair this friday at Clowns Nursery - Clay Cross. We have lots of stalls, games and fun things to do, so come along and join us for the evening. The fair starts at 6pm - 8pm. Feel free to invite family and friends along too! We hope to see you there.🎉🎉🎉

Our Nursery Class have been very busy this afternoon, learning how to make their own butter! We learned lots of different things by doing this and it was lots of fun! We chilled our butter in the fridge when it was done and then we spread it onto crackers and ate them in the sunshine.It tasted delicious. To learn more about how we did this, don't forget to check our day board outside Nursery Class. Well done everyone.😀

The toddlers have had lots of fun making their own biscuits. We mixed the dough, rolled it flat, cut out shapes then put them on a tray ready to go in the oven. After they were baked we got to try our creations. They were delicious.

Nursery Class have recently shown an interest in The Very Hungry Caterpillar book so we decided to make these food items out of salt dough. The children helped to knead the dough and used their fine motor skills to help cut out the different food shapes. We have painted them and now are using them as an interaction activity and using our threading skills. The children have had so much fun doing this.

We would like to say a big "Thank you" to all the Daddies and Granddads who joined us on Friday for our Father's Day stay and play. We hope you all had lots of fun playing at Nursery and seeing what we get up to! We hope you all had a wonderful Father's Day. Thanks again for joining us.

Good luck to all our children finding out what school they will attend in September don’t forget to let a member of staff know at nursery which school they will attend so we can begin our transitions to schools for your little ones x

A big "well done" to all the Children who entered an Easter bonnet into our competition. Our judge Julie had a very tough decision to make, as they are all so good. After a lot of thinking she decided our winners are:

We have had such a lovely afternoon at our "Mothers day" stay and play. The Mummies and Children have had so much fun together playing with all the different activities. We hope you have all enjoyed being pampered and we hope you enjoy your little treats…. Thank you so much for all your positive feedback, it really does mean a lot to us. We hope you have a lovely relaxing day on Sunday, you all deserve it!!

On Tuesday The Children’s Heart Surgery Fund came to visit us along with Katie Bear and we handed them over £500 which we have raised over the last year, this is a cause that means so much to many, they do a fantastic job helping children with Congenital Heart Disease supporting the children and their families Thank you for all your support in helping us raise money for this amazing charity ❤️

The babies have had lots of fun exploring the cous cous. We explored it dry then we added water to see how it changed. We used our hands and feet to see how the different textures felt. It was great fun.
