Sorted out a complex problem with my Audi SQ5 after an unsuccessful trip to a main dealer. Very impressed. Knowledgable and friendly. Would highly recommend CLP.

Second time bringing my car here and as the first been excellent from start to finish,would definitely recommend and will not be using anywhere else now.

Second time I’ve traveled a 350 mile round trip for work to be carried out. First stage 1 apr then to stage 2. Extremely helpful in every sense of the word, the only place il go to for any work on my car and future cars. Cannot recommend enough!

Quality service from these chaps sorted out my golf gti timing chain tensioner in a heartbeat

I've taken my mini into CLP multiple times, had a remap and several performance pieces added. Always a good price and top quality work. The guys are knowledgeable and skilled, and happy to explain in detail the pros and cons of various options.

I had my Audi A3 1.4TFSI in for a Stage 1 Remap on the Dyno. Delivered fantastic results . I'm so pleased with the way my car drives now. Well done guys! I'll probably be back � for when the next mods begin.

Had a nightmare with my car last Sunday and was let down by a number of people , I contacted these guys and the car was recovered the following day and repaired within 24hours . Top job and genuine , very hard to find people like this now so thanks . I will be back for some goodies when my bank balance is healthy again �

2nd time I’ve been to CLP and again it was Fantastic service from Simon and the rest of the team at CLP, cannot recommend them enough for any upgrades you’d like to do to your car or even just a routine service!

Worst place I've ever been to. Not only are they the most expensive out of all the garages I have tried for quotes but the staff are miserable and unhelpful.



I dropped my car off Wednesday night for a tyre fitting and some diagnostic work checking. I was at a wedding in till Saturday and said I needed my car back for work on Monday which they didn't say was a problem.



I rang them on Thursday the following day to which they hadn't got a quote for anything yet and said they would send me an email with the prices so I could have them done before Monday and I never received one.



I then rang back on Friday to find out as time was now getting late and I wouldn't have been able to talk on the phone whilst at the wedding. He then told me the prices even tho it was probably to late to have them done in time and whilst I was on the phone trying to sum up what I could afford they hung up on me. So I rang back later with no reply.



On there website it says they are open on Saturdays 8am - 12pm which no one stated otherwise, and when I went to collect/complain they now state it's not open on saturdays, but I left maybe 2 or 3 voicemails on the Saturday within this time stating to ring me asap regarding me needing my car back for work which they never did.



Now, loosing a full days pay with no compensation or even an apology from one of the techicans who I thought to be very rude in the fisrt place as he didn't even say hello when he came in. very disappointed with this service as I did have a few plans to get done with this company.
