What happens in a Clubbercise class?
After checking in you'll be given a set of flashing rave glow sticks, these are reusable so much more environmentally friendly than the single use ones. We darken the room, get the disco lights going and start with a simple warm up routine. Then we work up a sweat dancing to floorfillers from 90′s rave to recent dance anthems. The routines are easy-to-follow and always have high or low impact options. It's all about fun, not about perfection. Take it to your level, keep it simple and enjoy the music.
What are the benefits of Clubbercise classes?

Do I need to be an experienced dancer?
Definitely not! We deliberately make our routines easy-to-follow so you can relax and enjoy it rather than worrying about getting the steps wrong.
What should I wear /bring?
No heels! Just trainers and sportswear /streetwear /fitness clothing… something you can dance in. . . and make sure you bring some water.

Loved the music, can't believe how quickly the class goes.....time flies when you're having fun and this is the best fun you will ever have in a workout class!! Aimee is fantastic!! Highly recommend for anyone who wants to have a fun workout!

Love it. I hate exercise but this I enjoy!! Plus it's fairly dark so doesn't matter if you have no rhythm like me as nobody can see ÔøΩÔøΩ

It was my first time trying clubbercise tonight and I loved every minute!!such a fun way to exercise and the girls were lovely.shall be returning every week.
I've tried many classes before now & I've never been able to stick at them due to boredom & lack of motivation. When I tried Clubbercise with Aimee, I loved it instantly and I'm still going after over a year! It's such a fun way to work out whilst feeling like you're on a night out. Aimee's energy & enthusiasm for dance is so infectious, it makes you want to go back every time! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!
I love clubbercise, such a fun exercise class as you forget you're working out.
Amy's a brilliant instructor, she brings lots of energy to the class and gets you feeling pumped after a long day at work.
I'm very happy a class has started in Hook (local to me) as I also attend the aldershot one, it's nice to have different but some similar routines in the classes.
Have been down to All Hallows for my first clubbercise and enjoyed it immensely can’t wait to come back next week. Thanks ladies and see you again soon �

For someone who has always hated exercise and will avoid it at all costs, I can honestly say this is brilliant. I'm not very coordinated but since this is in the dark it doesn't matter. The main thing is you work up a sweat, get exercise and have fun. Aimee is a great teacher. I think my family are shocked I keep going back. Go on, give it a try.
First time and Loved it! Gutted all fully booked for next week so have booked Basingstoke next week instead and the following Monday already :)

Aimee is beyond fantastic! I cannot recommend her enough... She is a brilliant teacher who has such a lovely nature, puts you at ease and is very energetic!! Clubbercise is the best way to combine exercise and a fun evening. As others have mentioned this class is great for anyone who is trying to get fit and lose weight. But also to people with mental health issues, it is a great source of therapy with the release of endorphins and upbeat music. You can really surprise yourself! If you are thinking about it, book one class and you won't regret it :)
