I’ve bought 2 clubs over the last 2 months excellent service on both occasions.

I was in contact with Matt to buy a putter and ship it to Germany. In the beginning I was not sure, if shipping and transferring money to GB is that easy, but it was. After our phone conversation I received 1min later the PayPal link, I transferred the money immediately and 30min later the putter was already transferred to DPD (shipping company). It took only 2 days to receive the putter in Germany - perfect!

Hi all, please don't buy anything from this company, because if you buy a pair of range finders ( Ben sayers for £99 ) wich don't lock on to a flag over a100 yards away, They argue that they work, and refuse to refund you, I spend far to much money on golf, had they returned the money or had been at all helpful, I would have just paid for the bushnells , please post up if you've had problems with the same product or service

In May 2018 I purchased the Taylormade Tour Lite Golf Cart Bag in Black/Red. I was carrying the bag to a buggy via the shoulder strap and the strap broke and everything fell to the floor, as you can image I was shocked and very disappointed that this had happen.



I contact the very unhelpful Customer Service department and they advised I had to email Returns including picture evidence, which of course I did straight away. Now any product you buy comes with a 12 month manufacturers warranty, therefore Clubhouse Golf at no cost to them should have issued me with a replacement, and then I would return the bag in the box as requested and they could send back to Taylormade as a defected product. Pretty fair and easy one would guess. However I was then informed by a member of their returns department that I would have to return the product (packaged in the best way possible) and then they will either repair or issue a replacement.



Leaving me in the very difficult situation of not having a golf bag for what could be 2 weeks, which isn’t very good Customer Service at all.



I will not be buying for Clubhouse Golf again and would STRONGLY recommend checking out other retailers that have better policies which I personally have dealt with.
