When I went to cmc to change my er6f I spoke to Matt Thompson for assistance. I was looking for a lighter bike with more poke. After seeing a CB1000R-A he could not do enough to help me and believe me this wasn't a quick decision on my part and not my first choice - so well done Matt for your patience and professional approach - I love my new bike as it was exactly what I was looking for.

Well after the delivery of my triumph today speedmaster today I can say these r the best I been through to sort out my finance very helpful and the staff really r friendly and helpful many thanks guys

Right then you slags..... Cmc coleshill are superb. They don't fill you full of bs like cannock cmc does there plain and honest. I've had 2 bikes from there both off Ash Sayers sound lad straight to the point and for a little guy he sorts big deals :) smashing job lads p.s kevs delivery was spot on...... your sincerely Rich Kitch

Just bought an R1 from CMC Coleshil. Sales staff were great, not in your face like so other places but there when you needed help. Got a reasonable price for my part exchange and the price i paid for the R1 was fair for it's condition, mileage and age.



2nd bike I have bought from CMC Coleshill and I would definitely buy again..

I spoke to Ashley Sayers about financing a bike Monday last week, within a day I’d found a bike I wanted and he wasted no time in sorting out the transportation of the bike to the coleshill branch. Even on his day off he went the extra mile to ensure I was given the best possible service!



Unfortunately the bike had chosen had an issue that neither Ash or myself was aware of. Within minutes of him finding out he had called me to let me know. After a brief chat and some good advice I then found another bike which again was not at the coleshill branch. Ash then collected it first thing in the morning and had it prepped and ready for my arrival later that day!



Absolutely outstanding service and all the staff there was brilliant! My experience with cmc was made easy and pleasant thanks to Ash. When the time comes to replace my current bike, cmc coleshill will be the first place I go!

I nipped into cmc coleshill last week to see a 16 plate R1, the bike was not for me but the salesman was extremely helpful (he was the guy with the tattoos) Matt i think his name was. Anyway nice shop with lots of stock and a friendly atmosphere.

I knew my Harley 1200T sports was at CMC.But when I asked to see her I was told it was at Stoke...5days later I'm riding it home.."Beautiful piece of kit".

I don't leave reviews but after dealing with the staff of CMC Ian and Joe I can honestly say that there the first dealer who doesn't pass you from pillar to post and basically gets the job done in a professional manner Someone always answers the phone no "il call you back but never do business" the bike was as described and touch wood is running nice.

Very happy with the service and would definitely use again.

Had a starter problem with my 15 plate Triumph Speedmaster which was purchased here. Lee sorted it for me on my life-time warranty. Really grateful and very impressed with the first-class, seamless service from the mechanics and Lee at CMC; superb, many thanks!!!

Great shop , highly recommended, great to deal with and great service, they honestly do what they say they do, after sales care is superb.

Great salesroom, great staff, great bikes. It'll be the first place I look next time I splash out!

Found a bike I fell in love with with these guys. Was dealing with Ashley by phone and email. He was straight talking and a pleasure to deal with. I travelled from Ireland and was picked up at the airport and taken to the shop to finish the deal. (Coffee was great). Deal done without any problems and I was on my way with a sweet discount voucher for bike world. Can't recommend these guys enough. There will be more sales coming to Ireland from here.

Firstly i brought a kawasaki z800 from here, had great help for getting me the best deal. a few months later i came in and swapped it in for the yamaha mt-10 also had great help from the staff to sort me out another great deal on that bike. thanks cmc for helping me choose the right bike for me.

Altogether a very positive buying experience. Bike was bought at a distance by phone and email but was exactly as described. Whole process was smooth and glitch free. Took the day off to receive delivery and it arrived at 10am - lots of time to play! Thank you

Normally a fantastic place to shop however, with £10K in my pocket, I was told test rides are no longer available. Go to the dealers he said? I wanted 5 mins on 3 different bikes but apparently this is not something they can offer anymore. Suppose I'll take my money to the dealers!

A friend bought a bike from here a few months ago which has developed a rattle in the engine after 300miles of use, we discovered it didn't even have an air filter when it was sold to him so we had it serviced which seemed to solve the noise issue but it returned 2 months later, we have since been back to discuss the engine issue and we're told its unlikely we will have any help as the 3month warranty is up and we would get a call back to discuss the issue but never got a call back I don't think we will be buying a bike from here again my friend is now left with a broken bike and possibly a huge repair bill to fix it or may have to scrap it off.
