One of my favourite movements💪🏼 - It’s key when you are training for a purpose, you perform exercises you actually enjoy. Don’t do it just because ‘X person’ said too, or because it worked for someone else. If you don’t enjoy the exercises I can guarantee that you won’t put 110% into it, and probably skip it most sessions. - Find exercises that suit you, that you connect with and ENJOY!... - This was a PB for me, 160kg X 7👍🏼

I would like to personally thank @alecward123 for this PB! 200kg X 7💪🏼 - Last week I got 190kg X 6 👀 My motivation is always sky high as there’s nothing I love more than BODYBUILDING (Except Beth obv❤️) BUT after watching alec’s fight last night and seeing how much he put into his training day in day out just goes to show if you put every ounce of effort towards what you want to achieve you will get the result you want, FACT! - Nothing will ever beat hard work and dedication 🥊

150kg x 7 - Reasonable happy with this, definitely think I have a rep or 2 left, see the slight hesitation at the end. Asking myself do I go for another?😬 - Need to keep an eye on my right ankle folding in😕 This is why it’s so important to record yourself performing exercises, as it allows you to correct form if need be. I don’t always record myself for social media sometimes there’s an actual reason😳😂

I’ve mentioned it before and i’ll mention it again... if you are looking to build muscle/increase gym performance/increase strength, please please log your lifts! 📖🖊 - If you actually want to progress at anything at all, you’ve got to take it serious. So putting a 20kg on there and a 5kg there and doing a set 12 because you can’t remember what weight/sets/reps you got last week won’t be helping your progress👀 - Also it’s a great motivational tool! As soon as you open that book and see what you got last session there’s no chance you aren’t gonna better it or at least attempt to... well I hope not🙃

Leg day🥺 - This video is from last where I got 120kg X 8reps, unfortunately today I could only mange 7 reps🤬 - Why is this❓They are many variables that could of effected performance this is why it’s important to control as many as you possibly can! ... - I did better the exercise before this, and match the others so it’s nothing major just gutted I couldn’t mange other PB on this exercise 🙃

Well onto my tenth week now with cmg fitness and I’ve lost 20.5lb .

It is hard work but this lad keeps you on your toes .

I’ve enjoyed every minute , never felt this fit before and I’ve got more energy then ever before .

Would recommend this lad to anyone.

I've dieted all my adult life and never got to where I wanted to be. When I first started working with Connor I couldn't run to the corner (even if there was a pub there!). 7 months on I'm 3 1/2 stone lighter (size 18 to a size 12) and run 10km for fun. I can not begin to describe how different my life is now thanks to this guy. He's been brilliant, patient and supportive. I work full time, have two kids and all the other commitments that goes with it. Connor has worked round them all and helped me become healthier and happier. Brilliant.
