A project created and solely driven by Caroline Moor Larsson, who also created the cognitive program through research and courses in order to help abused and trafficked women through education to become self-sufficient. The main goal is that through education improve women's health and to make education a possibility to everyone worldwide. Summary of earlier workIn the Philippines I lived in Tacloban, were I was teaching at a women's shelter for women that have been through domestic abuse, trafficking or abandonment in the Philippines, where I also ended up teaching children at a rural school since they lack enough teachers. Thereafter I lived in Hanoi, Vietnam were I was working for a local NGO on a campaign on combating and spreading awareness regarding human trafficking. Before that I was teaching at a women's shelter for women that have been through domestic abuse, trafficking or abandonment in the Philippines, where I also ended up teaching children at a rural school since they lack enough teachers. Finally, I moved Cape Town, South Africa were I once again was teaching abused and trafficked women. Due to that there were no language barriers, I was able to simultaneously work at three different safety houses. These women, and those children that do not have any access to education, will contribute from volunteers. But they would contribute more if the issues received the attention they deserve, so that people in the rest of the world can get a more accurate picture of the situation in order to engage and advocate for change. Even though it has been brought up by many prominent persons, somehow this issue still does not get the attention it deserves - which is the reason for why I try to do what I can in order to highlight it.
