I qualified at Norwich City College in Sport and Swedish Massage during my year long course in Sports Therapy. I enjoy giving an experience that allows you to feel complete relaxation and flexibility at the end of every treatment.
I have recently qualified in pregnancy massage allowing mums an hour of alone time to rest up and be pampered easing some of those aches and pains felt during pregnancy.
It promotes healthy circulation and can prevent swelling, aches, disturbed sleep, varicose veins, sciatica and much more.
