Co-Op Food - Netley - Victoria Road

Old hag called Barbara in this store was rude to my mother recently as my sister was with her when buying a bottle of wine, my sister is (24years old)
Got hot headed and was rude and chucked a receipt in my mums face.
Contradicted herself by actually serving my mum even though it was *the law* not too as my sister doesn't look over 25, but went ahead anyway just wanted to have a moan, clearly some underlining mental health issues going on with that lady, mad as a bat. Will only take her to be rude to the wrong person one day and she would be in for a surprise, she's lucky I wasn't there!
Manager apologised on Barbara's behalf although don't really feel satisfied with that, will be writing a formal complaint.

Good for a quick visit.
