Co-Operative Comunity Action Ltd.

CCA (Cooperative Community Action Ltd) is a not-for-profit social enterprise which aims to help and support vulnerable people within the Nottingham local community. The organisation, mainly based on volunteering, focuses its work in offering social services for a various audiences, such as people with disabilities and mental problems, asylum seekers and refugees. CCA daily provides a wide set of services, from homecare to training services, from job support to interpreting, and much more. CCA was founded by a group of professionals with rich experience of working at the grass-root community level. For a long period the group worked informally and provided care and support to individuals who had mental health and substance dependency issues in their own homes and communities. CCA has since been able to widen it's remit and now offers support in a number of areas, while always retaining a client-centred approach and commitment to providing a needs-based, personalised service working specifically at the client's pace.
