Coach Dola

Dola Oluteye is an executive coach who supports entrepreneurs, organisations, and businesses to develop their employees into high-level performing and achieving leaders through the GROW model. Her passion is directed towards helping aspiring individuals, budding entrepreneurs, and small businesses within the Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (B. A. M. E. ) community transform into successful high performing individuals and companies. A PhD Scholar and Associate Researcher at the University College London (U. C. L. ), Dola brings a unique set of skills into the coaching industry. Her engineering, project-based, and management consultancy expertise within the built industry differentiates her skill set. Added to this are her business acumen and innovative research both in the built industry and indie beauty. Her contribution to the study was awarded the Best Scientific Presentation in the Resources Efficiency Category at the United-Nations sponsored World Resources Forum (W. R. F. ) 2019 conference U. C. L. Press Release. Her Indie Brand, Veduxe, also won the British-made Award for Small Businesses in 2021, and she became the first international recipient honoured with the Master Pioneer Award (M. P. A. ) 2021. Dola believes every individual and organisational entity deserve a fair chance to attain their highest potential without interference.
