That's it! Our outside firepit is all set up and ready for all those that love our outside terrace but can't bear to brave it out this early in winter. Don't let the cold put a freeze to your fun! Cosy up by our fire with your favourite drinks and cuddly blankets, let the winter fun begin :)

We love this pub, the staff are always incredibly friendly and welcoming to us, including our 3 Dalmatians. We have been visiting for around 10 years or so now, and it must be the best quality pub/ restaurant in the area.

User

We had a spontaneous Sunday early evening meal here recently with our twins- the staff were very attentive and extremely helpful with the children.

The food was good quality and the atmosphere and decor just lovely- well well worth a visit!!

User

Visited on Mothers Day in a party of 6 with 2 young boys. The service was excellent and the food was amazing, good portion sizes for the children also.

We will be heading back soon.

User

Stunning place with different area catering for groups. We came as a couple when we were in London and were able to find a nook! Great food and service and felt very English.

User

Lovely pub...even a real fire...and good beers....little way out of brentford..but worth the bus ride

User

Held my baby shower here and was a perfect afternoon. The staff were more than helpful and very friendly. The food we pre ordered was great and cooked freshly for when we asked for it. A great space and lovely atmosphere.

User

Great food, drinks and beer garden.

User

Good atmosphere in the pub, we were in the Marquee for a works Christmas meal, we had various different meals and everyone agreed the food was good, staff very friendly, all in all a nice place for drinks or food ¤æŹ¤Å╗

User

Food is amzing and friendly staff

User

Fab place , gorgeous garden , great Sunday roasts , my go to place whenever we are in the area

User

Beautiful pub with a real fire in its fireplace. Nice outside seating.. has a car park too. Had the Sunday roast and it was one of the best I've had in a long time. Service was good. Prices where reasonable. Selection of drinks was wide and good. Will be going there more and more and not sure if I want to show this lovely pub to friends. Want to keep all to myself haha..

User

Absolutely beautiful venue with a warm, homely but lively atmosphere. The food, drink and menu selection were excellent - diverse choices, excellent quality and great portion sizes! It was the staff however which made the experience, in particular a lovely waitress named Sam who was extremely personable, attentive and went out of our way to make us feel welcome and give us an enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back. Helen and Anna x

User

Very pleasant environment with good service, avoid the top end wine by the glass unless you are a Russian Oligarch, paying ┬Ż10.40 for a glass of wine in a pub is to my mind borderline criminal no matter where it comes from.

User

Traditional English pub with good food, great selection of ales and drinks. Nice outside seating area except the busy road can dampen the spirit of the outside if you want to sit outside in the sun. More of a cosy winter pub with lush furnishings and cosy fire places. Great place for parties too.

User

Met up with some friends for Sunday roast, I had reserved a table as we required a high chair at the table, the only negative feedback is that they could of seated us better as we were at a table at the top of the steps near the doors to the garden but apart from that the food was lovely and staff friendly. After dinner we sat outside and it was nice to have the use of nice clean fluffy fleece blankets to wrap my friends 7mth old in so she was comfy and cozy on one of the sofas. The new Manager came out and introduced himself which was nice as during my previous visit in the summer I did not have the same friendly experience with the stand in manager - all in all a lovely afternoon.

User

Good food at reasonable prices with friendly staff. Lovely to sit outside on warm night. Plenty of parking.

User

Sadly, the food didn't match the great service and lovely atmosphere. Sam served us and was great ... Friendly and attentive.

Fish and chips, steak and sausage and mash not good. And very expensive due below par meal.

Fish seemed like the very end, not much meat and batter not great. ┬Ż26 for an average sized steak. Cooked well but full of sinu.

They did take my mum's fish and chips off the bill but....would rather have paid the price and enjoyed it.

User

Was looking forward to our first visit since the refurb, but doubt if we will be returning anytime soon.

Pre-booked table wasn't reserved, starters and mains arrived together, ordered sweet potato fries that they neglected to tell us they had run out off until the meal arrived, asked for pint of Estella was brought a half and the triple cooked chips were definitely not even fully once cooked! The reasons were staff shortages apparently the same reason that was given last Xmas when we raised a concern. Need to seriously sort out their staffing issues, although I don't see how these issues were affected by staffing.

Am really sad to be writing this as it was lovely to have the Coach and Horses as a decent local pub for a time, there has definitely been a decline over the last 18months.

User

Visited last night with my husband for a meal having rang an hour earlier to book a table. When we arrived we were shown our table and given menus to choose our meals. When the waitress served us I gave my choice and was told sorry, it had sold out. I made another choice, again the same thing so chose a third option which was also sold out! These were standard meals (ribs, burger and steak) so nothing out of the ordinary that I was asking for. The waitress was very apologetic and said that it was a problem due to overbooking which if this was the case my booking should never of been taken. Very disappointed with my visit this time as in the past I have always had an enjoyable experience.
