Hello, my name is John Watkins,


I would like to take the opportunity to introduce my new business venture to you in the hope there may be an opportunity you may be interested to consider using my company in the future.

Whilst currently the catering manager and chef at Packington Moor whilst establish my own catering company.

I believe quality products should not be compromised and people pay, expect and welcome good, wholesome produce.

The food is prepared and cooked by myself, with the support of a small team, from scratch using fresh, seasonal produce.

Ingredients can be adapted to suit, ensuring all products are competitively priced. The varying dietary requirements and allergens are catered for; to ensure all food items are regulated.

My background is catering and hospitality having had 33 years experience with the same company and building a company from the ground – Hoar Cross Hall.

The company currently supplies a small chain of Gastro pubs with a selection of produce and would welcome any enquiries to assist in the supply of produce to you or your establishment.
