Coach House Rentals is a family run business. We started life as a high quality bed and breakfast. Our market was, and still is, mainly North Americans coming to London on holiday. More and more we found ourselves having to turn people away as we were already booked. In 2001 we founded Coach House Rentals and started putting our guests into the properties of our central London friends while they were away. Very soon this wasn't enough so we had to find other properties for our guests to use – and the business grew. In 2006 we extended our operation into Paris (operation currently suspended) and in 2008 we opened in New York, the London rental business currently has some 60 properties on its books. Since 2001 we have done over 4, 500 lets and have had many happy guests and owners who are happy to provide a reference – you just have to ask. And we still enjoy having guests at our B& B – The Coach House. As a small, specialist, company with just some 60 hand-picked central London properties, 20 in New York and a few in Rome , a list of satisfied guests as long as your arm (just view our testimonials) and the services of our reservation team to help you choose what's right for you – we provide a personal service taking the hassle and frustration out of choosing and booking. And it doesn't end there. We'll arrange a car to collect you at the airport, we'll be at your rental when you arrive to greet you, hand over the keys, explain how everything works and answer any questions.
