The program is delivered by experienced specialist personal trainers who will motivate, encourage and guide you to success in your weight loss and fitness goals.

The program is offered from our private perrsonal training studios which are located in Salisbury, Wiltshire and Fordingbridge, Hampshire.

Before starting on the program we offer individuals either an initial consultation over the telephone or a chance to attend one of our free 60 minute 'Weight Loss Without Willpower' workshops
