At IBR Fitness we like to train safely, Hard and efficiently. We provide training for different goals whether strength, endurance, flexibility, power or general fitness based.

We provide Personal training, Online Training Programs, Meal plans and advice on general well being.

We enjoy the work that we do and find there is no greater feeling than helping our clients to reach there goals, surprise themselves with there progress, and continue to be fitter, healthier and further down the path to leading a healthier lifestyle.

We aim to not only change peoples eating and training in the here and now, but to give them the tools and techniques to live a healthier lifestyle in the future.

My love for training began in a garden with one bar one bench and few plates.
Back to where it all began without a bar or plates but With a lot more knowledge. We can find an excuse not to pursue our goals at this difficult time or we can understand life will always present hurdles to us. You can stop, or put your foot on the gas and jump those hurdles ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ

High or low volume?
The more accuracy and intensity you bring to each set. The less Total sets needed per workout. If you find it easy to take a set to failure or very close, low volume will prob be a better approach for you (under around 14 sets per workout
If you find it hard to reach failure or come close a high volume approach will prob suit you best (over 20 sets per workout)
... Of course this will be influenced mainly by your ability to recover effectively

Haha I felt crap walking into this leg day. Warm up felt heavy. Did my mobility got 135x8 +5kg. And just told myself letโ€™s try some thing I should not get today. Loaded up 145kg aiming to scrape into the bottom of my 5-9 range and got it ๐Ÿฅณ

Dips back upto 40kg x 6 (-1 rep) happy with this today considering I nearly failed on the first rep ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿพโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Decent upper session today loads on all top sets. Strongest Iโ€™ve ever been at this weight (78kg) +2 on my first heavy bench press at 105kg and loads of other sets Iโ€™m happy with.

Quiet day in the gym. So after legs attempted 155kg ๐Ÿ˜† failed at 170kg but itโ€™s never really failure when you know you will get it when fresh.

Canโ€™t let @skipperinspirationforthenation be the only one smashing rows goals this week. Added a heavier set @140 for 5 reps.
Iโ€™m actually 3.7kg down in body weight from last month. Boxing is my next goal so not too fussed as long as holding strength and itโ€™s improving ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ
