Coaching Union

The nature of coaching is such that the contract between the coach and the coachee exists as a one-to-one relationship within a confidential bubble, the growth of trust within the relationship is made possible because the coach is not related to the coachees work or personal life. The objective is to respect that relationship whilst providing a similar set of benefits to a company by being able to demonstrate tangible improvement in pre-agreed metrics. When working with teams we aim to improve their effectiveness and efficiency within the context of the projects or programmes that they operate. Again, we work with the business to establish what metrics they would like to measure in order to be able to quantify the value of the coaching with the team(s). This could be for instance measuring the team success in delivering change in the past versus their performance in the future.
