We deliver Conflict Resolution, Mediation and Post Mediation Coaching. We have an active case-load and are in a Consultative Partnership with a local university, developing Dignity At Work Advisers and Mediators by providing a series of training events, supplementary resources and 1: 1 support for Co-ordinators, Advisers and Mediators. We have delivered and maintained an organisational development programme based on the principles of Emotional Intelligence and supported by a Coached Support Programme that has enabled participants to address the many challenges that accompany organisational change in times of uncertainty and contraction. We have a presence in the Education Sector, where we mentor young people with challenging behaviour and /or low motivation and have developed resources to support our approach. We have delivered organisational and professional development programmes for schools, training organisations and colleges focussing on non-confrontational approaches and have recently been commissioned to train Local Authority Escorts and Drivers in this area. We are fully engaged with the Safeguarding Agenda and continue to work with a high profile local University, shaping policies and protocols in this respect.
