Coalville kitchens exceeded my expectations, everybody was so professional, helpful and attentive to detail from start to finish! I absolutely love my kitchen and the fitter was a perfectionist! The information provided and the help and reassurance along the way was very welcomed as I have never done this before. I also had a lot of delays with the purchase of my house (as I booked the kitchen before even exchanging) and they were very supportive of the problems I had and patient!

I would not hesitate in recommending them!

We used Coalville Kitchens in November last year, after deciding to choose a local business rather than Wren Kitchens. We were willing to pay a higher price for good customer service & excellent project management during extremely difficult Covid times.
The quality of our kitchen is superb & the fitting was carried out to an extremely high standard. Sourcing our white goods and range cooker proved tricky but to give Coalville Kitchens their due they were able to work miracles, despite a supply problem due to Covid.
The completion took longer than anticipated but was well worth the wait.
A few months after install we had an issue with our Quooker tap & Luke was able to offer us advice & support in resolving this.
We are so pleased with how our kitchen looks, feels & functions.

What a selection of kitchens.. Wow...

We can't recommend Coalville Kitchens highly enough. If you want a quality kitchen, with a bespoke design to suit your home and lifestyle this is the place for you. The showroom has a great range of quality kitchens with lots of sample cupboards, worksurfaces taps etc. to peruse. Fom our first appointment we were treated so well by all of the team. Luke sat and listened to how we wanted to use and live in our new extension and then translated this into an incredible design that we would never have created ourselves. The team were so patient with us, worked to our timescales and, nothing was too much trouble. There is a genuine personal touch at Coalville Kitchens that would be very hard to find at most places. Once we had selected our dream kitchen they took all the work out of our hands, but were excellent at keeping us updated and regularly checking in with us. Our installation team were friendly, hardworking, professional and tidy. The quartz worksurfaces swiftly fitted to perfection. We have ended up with a kitchen with true wow factor. Thank you to the whole team - tremendous job.

Had a kitchen and bathroom fitted and looks unbelievable, had a slight problem after everything settled down as you would expect, but one phone call to Luke and he went out his way to rectify the fault after hours. Would highly recommend,thank you Luke and the team 👍🏼

Excellent service from the minute we contacted Luke. His good design skills helped us think of alternative kitchen ideas that the "mainstream" kitchen companies missed.
The range of kitchens available is excellent and they went out of their way to get the exact specification of finish we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble.
The quality of their work was faultless and delivery was spot on.
As expected with any large project, not every last detail goes to plan but Luke professionally handled any issues that arose and resolved them.
Since using them I have recommended them to numerous friends and they have had good service.
Will be using again for other projects in the house.

We have had Luke and his team work on our home 3 times, for a bedroom, garage conversion, and recently our fabulous kitchen. His team including Joanne and Kate who were extremely helpful giving me ideas and suggestions for the kitchen as there are so many decisions to make!
Wayne and Cameron who fitted the kitchen methodically and meticulously and revealed a kitchen better than my expectations. They were clean workers and the house was not as disrupted as I imagined it would be. We intend to use Luke and his team again on our next home improvement project downstairs shower and toilet

Luke, Joanne and the team were highly professional and friendly throughout the whole process and fitted the kitchen quickly and with minimal disturbance to us. We would highly recommend them for their competitive pricing and quality of workmanship.

Coalville Kitchens and Bedrooms upgraded our kitchen in August 2015 and did a tremendous job.
From the initial contact Luke was professional and knowledgeable and led us through the choices available and helped us to arrive at granite worktops, a composite Franke sink, white long metro tiles, a Neff hob and Karndean floor. He visited us to measure up and was very prompt in giving us a very competitive quotation. He arranged a visit to the granite suppliers and then project managed the installation and all the materials and tradesmen arrived exactly as required.
Wayne the fitter who did our job was meticulous in his work and time keeping and was courteous and helpful throughout, staying late to finish elements of the job to stay on schedule and left everywhere clean, tidy and useable throughout the job.
The end result is faultless, exactly as we requested and has impressed everyone who has seen the kitchen.
I highly recommend Coalville Kitchens and Bedrooms they are definitely worth contacting and I understand they work over a large geographic area.
