Coast And Country Lettings

Coast and Country have, at best, a tenuous grasp of the most basic rules and regulations of their industry, let alone the principals of customer service and human decency. Only ever use this company if you have had a double lobotomy, enjoy being lied to and have literally not other choice and you have a gun to your head. I'd say that they were the worst company I have ever dealt with, but I'm finding it difficult to even class them as a company - so low is their professionalism - they are more of a racket than a business. If you are used to living in a world with facts, proof, justice and fairness then dealing with Coast and Country will be like moving to North Korea, only with more make-up.

Very professional service was received. Particular thanks to Bethany Taylor who went above & beyond to ensure a smooth transition between our outgoing tenant & our incoming tenant. All for no extra cost, which is very fair to begin with. No hesitation in using again & recommending to others.
