Rang by chance for an immediate booking to be told restaurant full. Michael must have sensed my disappointment as he then said come on down and we'll sort it out out. Bless him! We were away with a three year old and late enough as it was, so what a relief. As it was going to be so busy and we were adding to the pressure I felt grateful but expected some things would not be great. Was I wrong!. Michael was a really friendly, organized and efficient front of house manager and made us feel really welcome. Stephan then cam to take our order and was patient, despite being very busy, supportive and knowledgeable. Asked for child's meal to come as quick as poss and the pizza was out in less that 10 mins, despite a full house. This was great. Our food came and the staff in the kitchen had done a fab job, it was all lovely and good value. Serviced hot, plentiful and attractive. Both Stephan and Michael looked after us throughout and made a chance stop great. Thank you for fitting us in, we had a blast.

Me and my partner went out yesterday night 29 July for tea and we really enjoyed it. We ordered shrimp and chicken wings for starters beautifully served and was very hot. He ordered chicken skewers and I ordered the chicken melt with dirty fries. Again. Was really nice and then for pudding we ordered brownie and marshmallow really really good. 2 cocacolas and 2 strawberry milkshakes it was supposed to come to about £90 but we have a taste card so came to £52. We enjoyed ourselves and all the staff we so friendly especially the girl with the short purple and green hair. Great!

Had a lovely bank holiday meal! Fast service great food and our waitress Rose was lovely, attentive without being intrusive and made us feel comfy, she recommended the pecan pie and oh my god I am so glad I listened, it was fantastic!

Attended with a party of 8 and were seated immediately. No complaints about the meal and it was good American food however the only reason that it is five star is that it is very expensive for the type and portion size of food.

I took my two boys aged 12 and 15, for lunch prior to visiting the cinema. The restaurant was fairly quiet, so we were tended to quickly and seated immediately. The food ordered was nice, the boys had double BBQ chicken burgers and I had the 3 sliders. Food was nice but I think slightly over priced, my sliders were tasty but a bit too salty for my taste, but I did enjoy them. All was well until my 15 yr old found a hair in his burger, and it definitely wasn't one of ours as it was quite long and we all have short hair! I pointed this out to one of the waiters and the manager(I'm guessing that's who he was) couldn't apologise enough, there was no fuss made and he immediately deducted the cost of said meal from the bill and gave me a discount token to use over the next 12 months. Overall, the staff were pleasant, polite and nothing was too much trouble, and the boys and I have said we'll go again. Milkshakes were lovely, and hair aside, food was nice if a little over priced.

First time visitors, menu looked really good, lots of choice for us. Took over 30 minutes from ordering to receiving the food. My wife ordered a steak, medium cooked. It was actually well done (very well done!). I was looking forward to the double burger, looked delicious when it arrived but was too dry, not succulent at all. No one came round to check if all was ok when we were eating. Mentioned these facts to the manager afterwards and to his credit he did put a credit on our food bill, and was very apologetic of the service and food standard. We went here as we are having one of these open in our hometown, but will have to give them a second chance.

Cocktails nice but expensive and my friend was on crutches but the bar staff were quite rude when she asked if she could uSe the disabled toilets as she would of struggled get up and down the stairs to the normal toilet

Our drinks came out seconds before our starters/children's meals which was about 15 minutes after we had ordered them. Once our starter dishes had been cleared away it took a very long time for our mains to come out, in fact our children had finished their meals and finished their desserts which we ordered whilst still waiting for the mains. The restaurant was unbearably warm, we were sat in front of the large windows at the back with the sun glaring in, although this can't be helped it would of helped had the fans been turned on. We had another long wait when we ordered some more drinks and then we waited another good 15 minutes for the bill which never came, we had to go and track somebody down to be able to settle it. Although some of the staff were very pleasant, the food wasn't bad at all and the restaurant itself looks very nice, we sadly won't be in any rush to go back

Me and my partner visited this restaurant today, we waited to be seated for quite a while even though various staff said "I'll be with you in a sec" when we actually got seated we were just left with menu's, no option to order a drink. 15 minutes it took to eventually get someone's attention to order a drink and food. The food came out pretty quick, the food was ok but I think it is highly overpriced for what you actually get. I doubt I'll be going back.

Massively over priced for average food and poor service! Went today to a half laid table, waited an age for our order to be taken. Childrens meal came a good 10 minutes after everyone elses.



The cocktails are over priced and lack flavour with far too much ice.



Frankie and bennies opposite is much much better.

Food is VERY expensive for the quality!

There are much better places to eat for less or the same price. Very let down by our experience today, all the food bar the margarita pizza from the junior menu was cheap, bland and inedable.

Would not go back or recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a night out and have good food. Food was terrible, and multiple dishes had to be returned (but they tried to charge us for them AND the replacement meals) staff had to be chased down to come and take our orders and to take our plates away.

When to try to have a meal tonight 29/3/17 at approx 20:10 . The restaurant was empty the bar area was full he asked us to take a drink at the bar first and wait to be seated . We didn't want to wait round a packed bar and ask if we could just wait at a table or at the door . He insisted we could and was unbelievable rude and unprofessional . We walked out ! This is also happen to one of my colleagues before with the same manger . There is me and 4 guys working in Stoke , staying in Hanley for 3 year and eat out every evening .

Had to ask a waitress to come over and take our orders. 1 order was then missed off so one of our group had no meal whilst everyone else did. When this turned up finally it was undercooked. 4 of the group had ordered the 'seafood gumbo' which all 4 had to send back as they were cold. We then waited ages for anyone to come over to ask about desserts/drinks and kept having to ask staff to come over to take orders. Felt like we were an inconvenience to the staff. The bill then came over...£350! Charged for all meals sent back and the replacement meals. After 3 conversations with the manager the bill was discounted. Would not go back.

Very disappointed in the manager ! Came here today on the 23rd of July at half 3 ! Short slim frame glasses , short back and sides , with dark hair . Was unable to catch his name as he came over to take our order and I asked him about the voucher and went to tell him my order and he walked off mid way ! Very Rude !On the other hand rose was very helpful and was very polite and once we made a complaint to her she was very apologetic. I am I big fan of here and tell everyone I know to come here but I am very upset today and WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. Gutted

Service was shockingly slow, sat around waiting for a waitress to notice us. Having eventually placed our order and receive our food never saw a waitress again to ask for another drink. Sat with empty plates for ages waiting for them to be cleared and the desert menu. Finally got the menu then waited another 15 mins to order.



Watched one waitress set up a table using the cutlery left by the previous customers which was a bit off putting.



Over all the food was pretty disappointing and service was terrible. They have been open for a few months now should be running to a higher level by now. needles to say I will not be returning!!

My boyfriend found a large piece of blue plastic in the middle of his pizza, we told the manager and she replied 'it won't hurt you its just what we keep the food in' I thought the comment was disgusting, she decided to top it off by giving us a £2 discount off a £60 bill, well that was a big mistake, in the end after an argument we got the pizza free, but definitely won't be attending again.

Incredibly rude manager, not just to a member of the party I was with but to a nearby couple who made a comment about their drinks order taking a long time, to have their drinks taken off the bar and the manager state he was then refusing to serve them. Perhaps he's had a bad shift? Didn't make for the best atmosphere.

I have just left your restaurant wound up and hungry. I have to say this was by far the worst meal I have had from anywhere in a long time. Not only is it all over priced for what you receive but its cold and intensely dissatisfiying. Having tried all the places in the hive in Hanley it was by far the worst meal of them all. Wouldn't recommend to anyone and wish I'd of trusted the reviews I'd read previously. Long wait for food (which is forgivable when busy) but being rushed to pay my bill and rolling eyes isn't understandable in any circumstances. Not happy. Menu looks fantastic but the ribs and the bbq chicken melt were far below average. Would not recommend.
