Coastal Supported Living C. I. C provides a unique combination of transformative care, transitional support to independence and housing solutions for individuals with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Sensory Impairment, Physical Disabilities, Autism and Complex Needs. Our purpose here at Coastal Housing CIC's Supported Living is to provide a safe and homely environment that promotes empowerment, independence and choice, whilst enhancing our service user's life skills. Our provision is outcome focused with the aim of improved independence and social inclusion. We adopt a person centred approach whereby the personal needs and goals of the service user are at the centre of their care and support. It focuses on coordinated, personalised, and enabling care.
