The coat my window sheriffs had to rescue this customer from a cowboy job!
After a very disappointing experience from another spray company, the customer contacted our team to rectify the job.
The previous company failed to prepare the garage door when it requires power sanding to smooth the surface and high / low spots. This was then compounded with paint runs, missed areas and they didn’t even open the door to coat all areas, leaving a 1” white line at the top 🤦🏻‍♂️
... We resolved this with the correct preparation process and left the customer with a perfect finish and a smile on their face 👌🏻

Two of our Masterspray technicians at step 10 of our rigorous process, working together to apply the 2nd coat of our specialist paint to a large bay window
Prior to this point, the team have completed the following steps
1. Clean all surfaces ... 2. Remove silicone and any surface defects 3. Flatten and key the uPVC 4. Fit the clear window protection film 5. Mask all areas 6. Remove any window opening to be coated separately 7. Apply vinyl film to fill the openings 8. Degrease and prepare for paint 9. Apply etching coat to surfaces
