This is the second time that we have been to this pub and it won't be the last! My sister and partner came to join us from Worcester and they were very pleased with their meals. The sirloin steaks were cooked to perfection just how I like them, a fab price too at £7.85 can't get one any cheaper than that!

Yes they were very busy so we did have to wait for our food but it was worth waiting for. Scott is doing a brilliant job keeping up with orders.

If people have a complaint about the food or service then they should complain straight away not leave it until after they have left and complain on Facebook.

We would definitely recommend this pub to all our friends and relatives. Well done Scott

The meal today from the mothers day menu was amazing. Great food and great value for money. The staff are so pleasant and welcoming. Highly recommend this place :)

Scott has done a fab job since the refurb. We always enjoy our food here as a family. The front bar (which I would never step foot in before) is now great and a lovely fun atmosphere. I’m writing this on my daughter Facebook page as I don’t have it , but I have to let people know which I don’t normally do this that since the take over of this pub and the new refurbishment , I love this place this is full of brill people and the food is a whole lot better then it’s ever been , yes I know the Sunday dinner are on the little side but come on people what you expect for a fiver you get what you pay for , the dinners are lovely the beef is the best beef I had round here for a fiver , yes it gets a little busy well sometimes busy then some other days but what does that say so if your at the bar and you know it’s busy then order two drinks if you still a little peckish after your Sunday dinner have a pack of crisps , the staff only have one pair of hands so please be patient if your in there and your waiting to long if you think it was a bad experience then your glad you didn’t see it before then you would have something to complain about lol just have to let you know that don’t be put off by others try it your self , to all the guys behind the bar and kitchen staff your doing a fab job see you the wkd party nights lol � from Lindsey an steve

It was a decision of Robs to call in after his hospital appointment, I was very pleased with a plate of Ham, eggs and chips, wish went down a treat, I think we will certainly be calling in for Sunday lunch very soon.... Thank you for the very effecient service, and the friendly staff.

I've been here many times over the last 5 years since moving to the area. I like it, it's quiet, it's local, friendly staff, not overpriced, nice food.

Been a local for years and had lunch today for the first time after being recommended and seeing halesowen news! Food was perfect and staff were friendly! Will def be back again! Value for money was brilliant

Absolutely loved it ! First time we'd ever been in for over 10 years. It's the best mixed grill I've had in ages. Even had 2 fried eggs and a massive piece of gammon! Definitely gonna go back again !!

Hadn't been in the Cobham since the refurbishment and I must say what an improvement along with a better menu which I must say the food was lovely looking forward to the next time sometime soon

Had dinner on Sunday 18th and the food was lovely fir the money you pay. I heard when it first had new tenets the food wasn't the same. I can assure you the lamb dinner I had on Sunday was lovely and ate the lot. I will be going back 👍🏼👍🏼

Disappointing to be honest.

They ran out of burgers, ran out of sausage and ran out of curly fries. The steak was quite fatty and the peppercorn sauce was luke warm. We were advised that the wait on food would be 30 minutes but considering it wasn’t that busy took over 45.



Staff were friendly but when I was told (10 minutes after paying) about the fries, I just said replace it with 2 ice creams rather than refund for the kids after there meal. This was refused... A bit of good will for a new customer that would have cost them about £1.25 from their kids menu would have gone a long way.. but no �



We saw the advert in the Halesowen news about the refurb and being local thought we’d give it a try. Unfortunately we won’t be going back..

Went to the pub with 12 people, we first found that all the big tables were reserved, not a problem we can sit separate, we were sat there for an hour having a few drinks and looking for food, we then found out that the grill wasn’t on, they could have told us this when we ASKED for menus instead of letting us sit there for an hour deciding on food that we couldn’t have, won’t be having food there again, all in all the old cobham was better

Went to the cobham on 17/2/2018 for the first time since the refurb and was totally disappointed... it was made clear to staff that we were a large party of 12 and wanted to order food, they gave us menus and a high chair and then took our drinks order which exceeded £25 we sat down chose what we wanted to eat and went the bar to order and it was only at that point they decided to tell us there was no oven or grill on... they were happy to take money but not inform us about grill and oven!! Very disappointed to say the least, we told the staff we were disappointed in which they pulled a face and shrugged their shoulders which I found was very rude!! We will not be going back here in a hurry!

We were a bit unlucky there was only 1 girl on working her wotsits off. Serving behind the bar serving food nearly offered to help her. In saying all that the food was nice we had to wait ages though. Sadly won’t be rushing to go back there. The girl only needed a broom up her a** to complete it all. Well done to her I say always was smiling. Hope she got treble wages for that day. 1.2 2018. She knows who she is and hope the boss does

Thought we would eat dinner out today so we tried the newly refurbished Cobham. We got there at 3 o’clockish to be told there was only gammon and pork left yet it says on the board that they serve food till 9pm ? Our food arrived and was very disappointing. VERY small portions. My wife doesn’t eat potatoes and was served an even smaller portion ! We only ate it because we were starving and had waited half an hour for our food. We finished our food and went into the bar for a last drink. There were no bar staff and was quicker to go into the lounge to be served and bring it through to the bar, which was a pain. The new decor was brilliant but food portions need attention. My wife also said that the bar ladies toilet desperately needs a toilet seat ! We had cheese on toast when we got home

I phoned up the afternoon on Saturday 15th July and asked if they were doing meals the next day ( sunday ) they said yes and told me time and prices so me and family go down Sunday afternoon and was told very rudely by 2 young girls that there were no meals and i said oh i was told yesterday on the phone that there were meals today and the one said well thats not my fault and turned back on us very upsetting as this year we have had 2 private parties there and we couldnt have been treated better
