can not believe the work put into this bought loads yesterday need prices and more pics so i can look more i want them for gifts the chocolate is stunning

When I first visited the shop to potentially order my wedding cake the shop owner was very helpful, showing me pictures and taking time out from his work to talk to me about what I wanted. We ordered with them and they did not disappoint! The cake they made for our wedding yesterday was amazing! Completely different to any other cake and we got so many compliments about it! Thankyou so much it was amazing ☺️

We went into this lovely shop a couple of years ago as the chocolates looked so good but as I have a nut allergy I am very careful about what I buy we had a long chat with the owner about the chocolate and how he makes certain shapes and which chocolates I could get that were nut free. This year my parents were headed to Paignton and went to Cockington I requested they bring back some chocolate and I got assorted chocolate drops OMG they were amazing. I need to make a trip back to stock up!

We wanted something more than just your average wedding favour, having it made in the grounds were we got married was perfect they looked great and really tasty! Thank you so much, you shops always smells amazing! The chocolate campervans matched our transport perfectly

Me and my partner just got back from a weekend staying in the Kingston B&B in Torquay where upon arrival to our room a box of four of your delicious chocolates were awaiting us. They were absolutely delicious so we came to your lovely shop and brought a lovely selection of 32 truffles most of which have now been scoffed up. I must add the young lady that served us was delightful happy and smiling so added to our wonderful experience! You will see us again soon

Just spent a fantastic 4 hours learning to make truffles with Tony. I can definitely recommend this workshop, excellent tuition, value for money, and a bag of your own handmade truffles to take home all in perfect packaging. Thank you

Hi I visited u on Friday 19th of August. And bought a few items which were gorgeous. I'm a bit disappointed. With web site as I can't seem to find the range or anyway of ordering I would like to no all you're lines. As I only get down once a year and would love to purchase more chocolate as its divine. Amazing talent, beautiful sculptures and the greatest smell in the world - What is not to love about this shop?!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. They designed and made the perfect wedding cake for our Alice in Wonderland wedding. We honestly couldn't have asked for better service or a better end result. We still get people saying how amazing the cake was now.

Was in your shop on Tuesday but didn't buy as too hot to put chocolate in the car BUT I will be back in October and plan to visit. How can I drive to the shop without having to walk up from the centre of the village?

I visited the shop today with my family, in hope to get some hand made chocolate. At first, seeing the chocolate made was a treat, exciting and gorgeous smelling.



However, when in the shop the owner (the chocolate maker) and what looked like his daughter were in the shop. When my family entered to our surprise the shop owner was keeping a keen eye on us, he then said "keep your eye on them" to the young girl. We was disgusted to see how rude and ill mannered that guy were. The feeling of not wanted us in his shop was very apparent. Also, it upset a fabulous day in cockington, it was a very sad end to a wonderful day.



For people who will attend this shambles of a shop, customer service at its poorest and ignorance throughout I would advice NOT to spend your money at this place.



The children of our family were very upset due to not being able to buy any of the chocolate because of the rudeness, ignorance and pure awfulness of the workers.



Pure ignorance and disgust from this place and I am very angry and upset with the service we have received.

I am appalled to say that upon my visit to the Cockington Chocolate Company I was watched like a hawk and the owner even told the worker to watch me in a very disgusted tone. And looking at the other reviews it appears it's happened on numerous occasions and one pompous man soured my lovely day out in Cockington but most importantly has lost himself a great amount of revenue.
