Here at Cocoa Nib I produce a delicious range of food witch is free from GLUTEN, WHEAT, DAIRY and EGGS.
At my little HOME BAKERY I take pride in producing tasty, nutrition cakes that are free from additives, preservatives, gluten, wheat and dairy. All gluten free flours are carefully selected and mixed by myself. I don't use any ready made mixes.
To sweeten I use agave syrup, birch syrup and dates.
I am exert the best quality produce, fruits and vegetables are always seasonal. When not available, I take advantage of only ingredients from reliable, ethical sources.
The Raw cakes are made according to the principle of not subjecting them to heat them over 42 degrees Celsius.
All ingredients are truly RAW and Organic!
