Update June 2016:
After careful consideration and despite lengthy attempts to get the course developed and launched, the decision has been taken to delay a launch of Code Academy until Q4 and shift focus onto a collaborative industry-led course that will be a day-release Masters Level paid apprenticeship, operating in compliance with the new apprenticeship levy.
Code Academy takes ambitious Computing Graduates with a passion for coding and pushes them to become the next generation of Software Engineers through our Postgraduate Software Engineering Career Accelerator.
The course will take you through a 12 month intensive course, where you will be taught through a mix of classroom based learning and live industry projects, for some of the regions largest technology companies.
Code Academy doesn't claim to be easy, in fact it is designed to challenge and push computing graduates, creating elite employable, mid-weight software engineers in just 12 months.
As well as gaining invaluable live project experience you will graduate with accreditations in:
Prince 2 Project Management
Microsoft Cerified Solutions Engineer (MCSE)
Red Hat Linux Certified Engineer
Most importantly, our course is designed by some of the North East's leading technology companies, meaning you will graduate with the specific skills industry is demanding right now. Significantly increasing your chances of employability!
